"the future's so bright;I gotta wear shades" My friend recommended this company and man did they deliver. I liked that we talked via text (very prompt) and I could pick and choose which windows I wanted cleaned. We talked about doing either partial or full house cleaning since a number of gutters appeared to be ok. In the end, since it was my first time, I went for the whole house to learn where future trouble spots would be and come up with a plan for future cleanings. The service was priced fairly and completed within the week. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I did notice one small issue a few days after service and the owner came back out to resolve it as soon as I contacted him. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price, quality and speed of Genuine Quality Services.

We got our exterior windows cleaned today and they are absolutely sparkling!…read more I appreciated how the team followed up, since some time passed between when I first asked for a quote and when I booked. They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! We were long overdue and now are excited to be able to clearly see out. Makes the house feel so clean!

They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I guess billing is more important than customer service. Had they only been as diligent with customer service I might not be writing this
