My SeaDoo swallowed rocks…read moreon a Wednesday afternoon (7/9/25), called Calif Customs they said bring it in they have an opening on Tuesday (7/15/25), fully booked until then. I explained I would be leaving the lake Sunday so that wouldn't work. Service Manager said bring it in today we'll see what we can do. Got there an hour later and they pulled mechanic off of another job to work on my issue. I thought I'd have to leave for a day, mechanic asked if I'd mind waiting about an hour. They not only fixed, hooked up trailer to my truck and I was out of there in less than 60 minutes. It cost half of what my son paid in the bay area 6 years ago for identical work. These guys are great, entire staff friendly and just wanted to get us back on the lake. I could not have been more pleased, especially since it cost much less than I was anticipating. Great business, highly recommended.

Took boat in for impeller and tune up on main outboard and kicker motor. This guy is a joke he will…read moreover charge you and say he did things he did not do. First he bent trailer lounge with forklift didn't say anything, said he did wiring he didn't do he cut front trolling motor wires and front fishfinder wires. Then I had to show him it works with power. No grease on motor or anything showing repair on impeller or maintenance. (This guy is a rip off so be warned) .

Craig and his team do an OUTSTANDING JOB for all customers to see where the root of the problem happened (e.g. Review of old parts after repairs). This is what I call old school customer service when you show me what you replaced and what was broke...taking the time and explaining. Thank you WPM!! And Thank you to Ms. Donna!! My repair estimate was $1000 but the actual Price for my repair was $1430! I did not receive a…read morephone call telling me that it would be almost 1 1/2 times more than the estimate. A heads up would've been appropriate. The shop hours of 9 to 5 Monday through Friday make it very difficult to drop off or pick up your boat or motor without having to take a day off of work. I took a day off work to drop off my motor and I had to send my daughter to pick it up so I would not have to take another day off Three weeks later when my motor was finally ready, I paid for it over the phone and let them know my daughter was going to pick it up. I asked them to please help her secure it in the truck I will make sure there are straps provided. I was told they would take of care of it When my daughter went to pick up the motor she asked the service man to please use the straps she had to secure the motor to the back of the truck so it would not roll around. He looked at her like she was crazy, used one strap haphazardly and as soon as she pulled out of the parking lot the motor rolled to the other side of the pick up bed. Their lack of concern for my motor I just paid them over $1400 to repair was horrible All in all very disappointing I will not be returning to this shop

This is the worst place I've ever encountered. Owner Scot is a con artist and lies, lies, lies and…read more knows just about everything in life. Very rude and will quickly hang-up on you when you call wanting answers. I bought a 2017 Odes...(First mistake) demo/floor modle with 30 something hours in February 2018. It completely broke down on us in May driving down our neighborhood 20/mph and had to be towed back home then...back to Motor World West. Prior to May it was at Motor World West 3 other times with problems. It has now been sitting in his shop since May of 2018 today..is September 27th. No calls are ever returned and when you reach one of the 3 guys who sadly work there, they tell you the parts just shipped.....and.....months later......still broken unusable UTV at Motor World West. Does not stand by his product and only cares about selling you something and making money....ODES Industries is as crappy as Motor World West....buyer beware. And if you ask for a refund, his answer is..."I WILL NOT DO THAT, AND I WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ODES PRODUCT!" Ha...
