After LOTS of looking we finally found our trailer at the Anderson TowTally camping. Christa helped us when we were ready. It was a smooth process, and they did negotiate down some in the price. The RV tech Dan was helpful going over everything with us, and he said the owners were good to their employees. It's our first RV and so far we are quite happy with our Rock wood mini lite.

For the past 11 years I have brought my Tour boat in for services and repairs and received nothing less then TOP SHELF service and speedy return of my boat. Scott is a wealth of knowledge and is always very helpful, in one instance last month he even came out to the lake to replace a part for me because I could not make it back in to the shop the day it came in. I ended up talking to the manufacturer, to the charging system vendors and finally the lithium battery manufacturer, all their job. I negotiated getting the batteries replaced as well as having the manufacturer pay for the install. Luckily I could stay with a friend so I had a place to live. I was down 4+ months because of their incompetence. On the day I picked up my "finished" van the control pad that controlled all the RV functions wasn't working. Luckily my phone had an App that did the same thing so I left and had it fixed at another dealer when I got home (NC). Jess my service writer was very nice. However, he seemed to not read email or listen to his voicemail. Communication was horrible. I lost so much time because of his lack of follow up. Although BC/BD did the physical work, I did everything else. I was a 40 year supply chain and manufacturing guy so I was capable. I'm not sure someone who didn't have those skills would have gotten it done. In the end I asked Jess for email copies of the service record showing when the batteries were replaced. I've sent him 3 messages over several months to remind him. They never came. Par for the course. BC/BD was a horrible frustration.

We went in for an oil change and I had them check what I thought was an oil leak but turned out to be a gas leak. The part had to be ordered, and Donny and Stephanie did everything necessary to get the part a quickly as possible. During our extended stay Donny, Stephanie, and the entire staff made us feel like part of the family in this family-owned business. We would like to give a special shout out to the Service Tech, Grayson who performed a difficult repair in 100+ degree temperatures. When things need repair on our RV and they will, this is and will be our go-to repair shop.

I arrived early and the technician had time to check out my generator. He stayed over to complete the job and now my generator is up and running 100%.
