I purchased my 1995 bayliner here. It was a return and sold new for 17,000. I was able to purchase…read moreit for 10,000. It had minor carburetor trouble which they repaired that same day. I had it 15 years with no problems. Then a drive bearing went out. Only because I forgot to pull the plug and boat filled with rain. They repair it for 600.00. Insurance company said they didn't cover boats that sank on dry land lol. It has now been 20 years and because of a outdrive leak the outdrive needs repair. Guess who I am taking it to! But first I am giving them first shot at selling me a pontoon boat. Thanks Shasta Inboards.

After a long boating season, my poor boat needed help. I have had numerous poor experiences with…read morethe Mastercraft dealer in town, and had in the past had positive dealings with Shasta Inboards. $1,090 later, I go to take the boat out, and they have removed the drain plug from the rear, not replaced it, and it is nowhere to be found. Not trusting that they wouldn't have removed the middle t-handled plug, I unsnapped the carpet to remove the center bilge access and they had cross-threaded it in trying to put it back and and jammed it. Cannot open it. No idea if the center drain plug is in or not. It is 101 degrees outside, a Sunday, and I cannot take my boat out, am out $1090 and have ZERO confidence that any of the work was done right. It makes me sad, there is nowhere to take a boat to have it worked on in Redding. I suppose there are so many boaters and so few places to have them worked on that any kind of service is accepted. Right now I just want to sell my boat, this is too much work and too depressing.

For the past 11 years I have brought my Tour boat in for services and repairs and received nothing less then TOP SHELF service and speedy return of my boat. Scott is a wealth of knowledge and is always very helpful, in one instance last month he even came out to the lake to replace a part for me because I could not make it back in to the shop the day it came in. As a testament to his dedication, he did it on his day off which is even bigger indication of his professionalism and dedication to his clients. ( Thanks Scott!!) I have had Harrisons service all 5 of my boats some personal, some business related and they take great care of me each and every time. Last July Scott even went so far as to help diagnose another boats problem that was stuck on the dock on their vacation and offer to order parts for them and have them at the shop the following day so they could get off my tour boat and back onto theirs for their vacation. If I could give 10 stars I would, they may not be the least expensive, but if you want it done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME go to Harrisons Marine! Thanks for taking such great care of us Harrisons!!
