Michael answered and promptly scheduled an appt. for me and sent a text letting me know when Nick would arrive at my house. Nick was right on time! He is very knowledgeable and methodical in diagnosing problems. I mentioned to him that I had a fishing trip planned for the upcoming weekend. Nick was honest and made no promise except to say he would try to resolve the problem and have me back on the water hopefully in time for my trip. Friday morning I received a text from Michael, Nick was on his way to my house. Nick fixed the motor and gave me very helpful tips to maintain the motor in good running condition. These are my guys! A heads up would've been appropriate. The shop hours of 9 to 5 Monday through Friday make it very difficult to drop off or pick up your boat or motor without having to take a day off of work. I took a day off work to drop off my motor and I had to send my daughter to pick it up so I would not have to take another day off Three weeks later when my motor was finally ready, I paid for it over the phone and let them know my daughter was going to pick it up. I asked them to please help her secure it in the truck I will make sure there are straps provided. I was told they would take of care of it When my daughter went to pick up the motor she asked the service man to please use the straps she had to secure the motor to the back of the truck so it would not roll around. He looked at her like she was crazy, used one strap haphazardly and as soon as she pulled out of the parking lot the motor rolled to the other side of the pick up bed. Their lack of concern for my motor I just paid them over $1400 to repair was horrible All in all very disappointing I will not be returning to this shop
