Zack, Jacob, Hugo and Jose were punctual, cordial and consummate professionals. Unfortunately, one of the windows was incorrectly measured and will have to be replaced. Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. As a customer, you just can't find a better supplier/installer than that. I applaud the company and it's people.

They were very friendly, respectful, and considerate of the house. The job was completed in a single day, and they made sure to clean up after themselves. It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

Key fob go to Harry's Key Service on 117th. Specifically the 117th location does vehicle fobs,…read moreothers do not. They've got high tech machines that copy the key part flawlessly. They have several very kind and informative employees. It turns out, the key copying is only part of the trick for the key fobs, as (at least my) cars have a radio sensor on the ignition that checks if the fob part is approved (programmed). If the key part matches for my car, it'll turn radio on but won't kick ignition over unless the fob part is programmed. In my car's case this was a set of steps such as insert old key, turn on for some seconds, turn off, insert new key, turn on off several times, then it programs it in the car. The people at Henry's explained all of this to me made it very clear that I am welcome to Google and try and do the fob programming myself to save money, or they can try it, or they can order a fob that's more reliable than the flimsy Amazon fob, and if none of those work it'll take an actual dealership unfortunately to get the thing to program. And, they have TONS of key designs to get inexpensive copies of your house keys!

They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. He was very communicative throughout the process, especially on scheduling, and able to work with me on parsing out what he would do (remove old door and install new one) and what I would do (purchase and paint the new door). He was also the only person willing to remove and reinstall our existing storm door, which was a deal breaker for me, since it was only a few months old (same with the new smartlock hardware). One screen was left in the garage, two screens were sticking. Trim work promised not done at all. I had to have another contractor do it. A gap in one of the sliders with no trim to cover. One of the windows did not slide correctly. And then took a long time to get the job finished. We ordered 4 sliding glass doors and several windows in December and installation was mid April. Milgard technician could not come until June 28th. And all he did was make some minor adjustments and spray with Silicon. No defects in the screens not sure why we had to wait for Milgard. In addition communication lags were up to a week. Again no one told me they were finished. I figured it out when I got the invoice. It was then that I heard that the screens were defective and needed Milgard to come out. Then there were some explainable phantom texts to me that I never received. Then a form for rebates was sent and when I completed I hear back I don't qualify. I interviewed 5 companies and went with 4 Seasons and Jamie as they were competitive in price and really liked Jamie. i think the company does good work but in this case there must of been some other job more urgent. Overall the job is done but far too many issues and lack of follow through. I would not use them again.

He helped me pick the best windows for my house and even installed newer framing around my windows, checked my other windows to make sure they were installed well and communicated on my behalf to Clark Public Utilities. I felt comfortable having them in my home, they were very nice. One of them even offered to help carry my groceries into the house (I was quite pregnant at the time). Definitely would use them again.
