Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

You're probably thinking the payment was months late. Nope. 11 business days. He also doesn't provide an ability to pay the invoice other than a check - which in this day and age means an online billpay.
