They were responsive and helpful, and constantly willing to support or adjust however we needed. The installation work is excellent, the windows are superb, and the work was done faster than expected. They are beautifully installed - really nice from the outside and inside. Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling. Would recommend these folks to anyone who wants a smooth, fast, quality experience getting new windows for their home.

They replaced two windows last July (2024). Did a great job. Professional and friendly. The only…read more"issue" was getting the windows from manufacturer (Milgard). It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).

We are not wealthy, but a windfall made it possible for us to buy a small house. We were told that…read morewe needed a new roof, but the roofing companies I spoke to wouldn't finance my husband and me. We began searching online for discounts or senior programs that could help us out and happened upon DaBella Exteriors. This company responded immediately to our cry for help and sent out a pair of their employees, Amanda M. and her partner, Luis P., who began right away to assess our roof and our financial situation. After looking at the roof and making notes about the potential size and cost of the job, they came in and sat with us, explaining their plan for us and the choices we had about warranties, materials, labor, and everything else going into the replacement of an old roof. They answered every question we could think to ask. They had brochures, samples of roofing material, a very interesting and thorough powerpoint, expertly presented, and the friendly and professional attitude we found lacking in other roofing companies we spoke to. Amanda then proceeded to find financing for us. As we had spent most of our savings on the house, and were living on fairly small retirement checks, she had to look at several and find different banks and lenders for us. It saved us massive confusion and headaches. She worked all hours and kept in constant contact with us, offering alternatives and giving us good and bad news in ways we could hear and understand what she was telling us. I really felt as though she and Luis were both our friends and on our side. I am so grateful that we found this company and give them 5 stars out of 5. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof and not sure they can afford it.
