I called & Vicki answered & we scheduled an appointment for Dale to come out that same week. Dale was so nice & was very quick to measure all the windows. We went with blinds that close all the way shut. I had never seen that before where the bottom panel sits flat making it really dark. We paid half our deposit & waiting game started. Vicki did say that it would take about 4 weeks. Closer to about our 4.5 week mark, I called & our blinds had just come in over weekend. Again, I was able to schedule a time that week for their son Cam to come install them. She mentioned it would take about an hour to an hour & a half. Nope, that guy was quick. He had it done in less then an hour. We are so satisfied with our blinds. You can tell how great quality they are. Service from the whole family was great from start to finish. He measured our 7 windows we wanted covered, showed us samples that he brought of actual shutters as well as a portfolio of pictures, matched our paint with the can we still had, drew up a price estimate in about 5 minutes, and gave us an expectation of about 2 weeks. They ended up being ready in just over a week, and he came over and had them installed in just over 90 minutes, after originally mentioning up to 4 hours. They are perfectly level so they don't swing when left open, he installed magnets so they stay closed, the seams are exact, and the color is perfect. Also, it's just a kind detail but he always took his shoes off before entering our home. Vladimir was incredible and we would 100% recommend him to our own friends and family.

I was so glad to find Debbie at Divine Window Decor and she did an awesome job ordering the Vertiglide for our sliding glass door and the motorized honey comb shade for our front window. She went above and beyond customer service, even taking in account for the type of throw rug to be placed in front of the sliding glass door to be sure there was enough clearance for the rug when the Vertiglide was to be closed. The installers were very professional and nice and gave me good instructions for using the remote hand held control for the motorized shade. Hunter Douglas products are the best value for your money.
