I called & Vicki answered & we scheduled an appointment for Dale to come out that same week. Dale was so nice & was very quick to measure all the windows. We went with blinds that close all the way shut. I had never seen that before where the bottom panel sits flat making it really dark. We paid half our deposit & waiting game started. Vicki did say that it would take about 4 weeks. Closer to about our 4.5 week mark, I called & our blinds had just come in over weekend. Again, I was able to schedule a time that week for their son Cam to come install them. She mentioned it would take about an hour to an hour & a half. Nope, that guy was quick. He had it done in less then an hour. We are so satisfied with our blinds. You can tell how great quality they are. Service from the whole family was great from start to finish. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).
