I called & Vicki answered & we scheduled an appointment for Dale to come out that same week. Dale was so nice & was very quick to measure all the windows. We went with blinds that close all the way shut. I had never seen that before where the bottom panel sits flat making it really dark. We paid half our deposit & waiting game started. Vicki did say that it would take about 4 weeks. Closer to about our 4.5 week mark, I called & our blinds had just come in over weekend. Again, I was able to schedule a time that week for their son Cam to come install them. She mentioned it would take about an hour to an hour & a half. Nope, that guy was quick. He had it done in less then an hour. We are so satisfied with our blinds. You can tell how great quality they are. Service from the whole family was great from start to finish. Dale and Vicki are just the best. We had cordless "up and down" shades put in a few years ago and we are very happy with them happy with them. The verticals in our bedroom had a vane fall off in a place that allowed a lot of light in. I called and set up an appointment with the ever positive Vicki and Dale came out and looked at it. I thought we would have to replace the blinds completely but he explained it could be fixed rather easily. I recently purchased a house and the prior owners didn't leave a single window covering. Which we didn't notice until we were about to move in. Needless to say, we felt like we were in a fishbowl. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Start to finish Dale and his team did a great job. Dale came to our newly built house to talk about what we wanted, took all the measurements, and was friendly and knowledgeable. They are very good at communication as well - Vicki kept us up to date as to when our shutters would come in so we didn't have to wonder. Dale's son (sorry I don't know his name!) came and put up temporary shades while we waited for ours to be installed. Installation day went smoothly - they came on the original date we set up, no delays in the schedule. Dale and his son were professional and courteous (took off their shoes inside the house!). The shutters turned out beautifully and the color perfectly matches the trim around our windows. They even were so kind as to help me bring in a few items that were delivered to my front porch while they were there that were too heavy and bulky for me to bring in by myself. We had just renovated a home and needed blinds on every window. Dale came to our home with lots of samples to see and touch. We went with the faux wood white blinds for all the windows except the sliding door to the deck. When we told Dale we didn't like vertical blinds, he showed us a wonderful sliding accordian type of blind. It was fabric and we were able to pick a lovely slate gray that looked great with our walls and the faux wood white blinds on either side. After we ordered he was back in about 2 and a half weeks with the blinds and installed them all in just under three hours. He showed us how to pull them and about the safety features if a child got hung in the pulls. He also recommended the best way to clean them. His office manager, VIcki, was also great about calling us when Dale was able to come sooner because of cancellations or a visit taking less time than expected.
