We put several honey comb, top-down, bottom-up shades in our house and we haven't had a single problem since he put them up 6 months ago. We are now getting a few more shades (a different HD type) and once again Rocky is amazing! I can't tell you how many bad stories i have heard from other friends about needing to have a company they chose (different from Rocky) come back 3 times that put their blinds up to fix installation or sizing problems. We initially wanted Hunter Douglas shutters for the entire house. The super-weird-extreme weather Oregon was experiencing in 2020/2021 respectively (from snow in the winter to the humid heat in summer) that Shutters would most benefit us and our pockets in the long run.
