Da Bella tried to steal $32,000 from my dad for his ranch style roof until i intercepted. (Another local roofer did the job for $13,098.) Da Bella Sales reps came to my 93-year-old Korean War veteran fathers' home for quote on roof replacement. they invoiced him over $32,000. and got a check for $7,000 down payment. Fortunately, i found out 2nd day of 3-day cancellation period in contract and cancelled. Sales reps showed up at house after cancellation to inquire why. They were rude, telling me as far as they were concerned, I did not exist. They had a signature on a iPad device which was clearly not his signature. I kicked them out of the house. All the way out to the street they continued to tell me i had no authority and I did not exist as far as they were concerned. Incredibly rude. Like i would let the job proceed after this????? Apparently, this is a new business model that some roofers are adopting. Da Bella is a sales company that acquires contracts and then subcontracts with local roofers for the work and then the homeowner cannot rectify any problems later on. This has all been documented in other reviews. I even contacted the Dept of Revenue about a business license and was told that no license existed in the Da Bella name. The DOR also emphatically recommended that I stop payment on the check IMMEDIATELY. I did. I hired a local Roofer called Valiant Roofing at a cost of $13,000 to re-roof dads ranch style house. We have a GAF warranty claim on a failing nine-year-old roof - a claim that has been approved by GAF for time and materials. Despite being the, quote, "largest GAF contractor in the country", DaBella indicated that they would not handle any warranty claims for GAF. When I contacted DaBella, I notified them this was for a warranty claim; they didn't indicate that this would be a problem when scheduling someone to come out. I also specifically asked for a labor and materials breakdown in cost so I could do a direct comparison with the offer GAF has made us - so I could go back to GAF and negotiate the details on the offer. Despite having asked for this up-front, all I got was a hand-written single sheet of paper with a single price quote, no breakdown. Absolutely worthless waste of my time. If this is how they do business, I'd steer clear of them. Edit: The reply DeBella left was also absolutely worthless. I called the number provided. I need new windows. I already have 3 quotes. When their door to door guy stopped by, I figured one more quote can't hurt. I asked if they make their windows, because the 3 quotes I got were direct from the manufacturer or distributor & they said yes, they manufacture them here in Hillsboro. The guy actually tried to get me to believe that my original windows had been recalled a long time ago. This is such a dumb lie. They quit making this 1950s style of aluminum windows decades ago, but not recalled. I should mention here, that I am in the design & build business, so I know more about this stuff than most sales people will ever know. I told them I already have all the window dimensions, I just need to hand those off & they can email me a quote. They insisted on sending someone to look at the existing windows & how they are installed. They said it would take 60-90 minutes, I said I was too busy for that & would just show them a couple of the existing windows & hand them the dimensions, but could not waste that much time with the sales pitch. The next day, the sales person showed up, but would not just take the dimensions & quantities, she wanted to give me the full sales pitch. I really didn't want anyone coming in the house, but it was super cold & she seemed nice & not sketchy. I let her know I already had 3 other quotes, so I just need the pricing. I know all about vinyl windows. It turns out they DON'T make windows, so I immediately knew they could not beat my other 3 quotes, because they are buying & marking up the windows & then charging a ton for install. The 1st lie about them making their own windows is specifically why I agreed to let them give me a quote. When the quote came back at 4 times the average of my other 3 quotes, I said that I would have to pass for obvious reasons. And then just like a used car salesman, she called her manager to ask about discounts, if any other houses in the area are having installs done, so they could consolidate shipping/delivery costs, etc. They trimmed a little off, but it was still more than 3 times what I would pay the other window company, so she calls him back, they make up some BS about their marketing department just said that if they can take photos of the install & put a sign out front, it would shave a little more off. Keep in mind, this is a saturday & marketing is not working on a weekend. Now their price was still more than double my highest quote. At this point, I said that there is no way I am going to pay more for run of the mill vinyl windows than my highest existing bid, so please go so I can get on with my day. She was nice, she understood, I'm just sad that she has this crappy job that she probably doesn't enjoy. She left. Now DaBella calls me 2-3 times a day. How does a contractor grow so large with such sleazy & predatory business practices? It appears to be because they mostly target older folks who don't know anything about windows, roofs, etc & they lie to them about the hazards of their current (windows, roof, siding) & bully them into getting the work done. Do yourself a favor & read ALL of the reviews here, you will see a common thread. I was recently asked to help an at risk elderly woman with Dementia who fell victim to DaBella and their predatory practices of praying on these individuals. Bottom line, She is almost 90, obviously not in her right state of mind and the sales people pressured her into signing a 20 year $60,000 contract on siding. The existing siding on her house was under warranty, and perfectly fine. DaBella's subcontractor installed siding on the front of her house only and did such a horrible job, see pics, it voided warranty on her existing siding. The lender they are in cahoots with broke the law and after I had an attorney, write a letter. They instantly tore up the contract and went on their way. not to mention DaBella created an email for this unsuspecting, elderly woman, that's the way they signed the contract for her and that's the way they were able to go onto their own website and created fake reviews in her name. I spoke to the city, the county and the Better Business Bureau and DaBella has change their name several times, have had many lawsuits filed against them. So far not impressed with this company, high pressure sales tactics and questionable sales people. I keep getting calls that something isn't correct on the contract plus my financing is approved, but the salesman had to come out two extra times because he didn't do something correctly on the finance application. I got a call again that something wasn't signed correctly on the contract and he needed to come by the house again to fix this. If they can't do the contract or finance correctly how can I trust them to do my roof correctly? Also they brag about their BBB rating, but after looking at reviews here on Yelp I am canceling my contract with them even though they have already charged my credit card for the down payment. I feel the contract is invalid as something wasn't supposedly signed correctly as I stated above. If the salesmen can't do the paperwork correctly I do not want to deal with that company. The sales people give you a bunch of false information about their products to sell you on their roof the installers installed the roof improperly, not opening the ridge vents, creating mold in her attic which we would've never known about until we went to sell our house and the inspector found several discrepancies in the Roofing, including vents that weren't high enough up to code the ridge vents being closed and properly installed boards that were cut for the roof, supposedly replacing the older moldy boards that were up there look like they were cut with a hacksaw not lined up correctly. We had to pay a mold, remediation company $1900 to remove the mold in our attic as part of the sale of our house, we filed a Gaf claim with the warranty for the roof and the person met with DaBella Chase and Christopher Roarty, the general manager and told them they should make this right fix the roof and give us our money back, which they refused to do and basically told us they weren't gonna do anything about it since it was outside their two year workmanship warranty if you've ever had any products installed by then you should get an inspector to inspect what they did to make sure it was done right because I'll guarantee the roofers that came out to our house we're not certified. They did a shotty job. They were supposed to remove my satellite dish off. The roof is part of the job left it hanging from the back of the roof horrible company they've been sued several times and I can see why. read more

Had a salesperson come to our house for a quote because we needed a new roof and we got quotes from 2 other companies. He came and looked at our roof and I was making dinner. After he was done he sat and talked with us and he showed no signs of leaving so I got up and threw dinner in the oven at about 8pm and he didn't leave until after 9pm. He kept telling us he needed us to sign the paperwork tonight so he could run our credit and make sure things would work out. We had another quote within a few days and told him that, and that we were getting help to pay for the roof and needed to talk to the other person first. And he told us it's not a good idea to get multiple quotes and go with the middle guy, we needed to go with them because even though it was the most expensive (by A LOT) it's the best option. And he kept pressuring us into calling the other person we needed to talk to and get the OK from them right there in front of him at 9pm. I was very obviously pregnant and he kept calling his boss to try and negotiate a lower price for us and we kept saying no and all we wanted was for him to leave and he wouldn't get the hint, even as I dished up dinner. A week or so after a kid came and knocked on our door and said that he was with Dabella and they had gotten notification they gave too high of quotes out in our neighborhood recently and wanted to talk to us about figuring out a new one. My bf said no thanks and that we decided to go with another company. Now they call me AT LEAST 2 times a day and I block them and a new number calls me the next day. I feel very harassed by this company and am very annoyed they won't just take no for an answer. read more

These guys did our roof they damaged the gutters. They had nails that went through all of our soffits. When I pointed out that the contract said that they will repair this. They said that that's something that the painters need to do and it's outside of their job scope, they have not done any of the repairs to any of the damage that they did to our house and they did not do the job with a spoke scope of the contract They're terrible read more

I moved forward with a siding and window project with Justice and DaBella late last summer. Shortly after moving forward I found out that I also had to have some foundation work done. Justice and Cory worked with me on the timeline to be able to get the foundation work done before everything was installed. This company could not deliver any of the work they proposed. They were difficult to communicate with and they did a lot of scammy behaviors. We just needed our broken shower pan replaced and we could not even get the project initiated after a whole month! They returned my deposit after I told them that they broke our contract by not being able to carry out anything they promised. I was worried I would have to take them to court to get my money back because of how scammy and difficult they have behaved. After getting my refund, I sought out a local, family-run company and had an excellent experience. Bottom line, AVOID THIS COMPANY! 1. Unfulfilled promises 1a. The salespeople promised things that they could not deliver (e.g., shower pan size, glass shower door, size of simulated tile). They don't know what their company can deliver or they are being intentionally misleading to get a sale. Either way, it is incredibly frustrating and has been an absolute waste of time. 1b. They changed the design without our knowledge and it turned out they would need to get additional subcontractors involved, which they never told us about. 2. Difficult communication 2a. I had to keep reminding them to book the first official appointment - "the critical measurement appointment" - in which the contractor takes precise measurements of the bathroom to make sure the proposed plan will work. She claimed it was already done and when I told her it was not, she said it was not needed after all. So, I insisted that we want it because 1. She initially told me that the critical measurement appointment is always done and 2. The size of the shower pan depends on it. Finally she scheduled it. The contractor came over and said he couldn't do the glass wall and glass door we wanted, that the sales team changed the design from glass to drywall/wood without our knowledge, and that the DaBella salespeople are idiots. [It may be true that they are incompetent, but it is so unprofessional that a contractor who works with them would say that!] 2b. I kept describing and clarifying the plan with every ridiculous question the sales team asked me. I sketched out diagrams of the shower and tried to explain simple things to them, like where the hinges of the door should be. She was like "we can't have hinges on the wall" - and I was like "where the heck would hinges go if not a wall??" It was all incredibly frustrating that I had to iron out and convince them of every simple last detail. 2c. They promised us that they could start the work 6 weeks from signing the papers. It was over 4 weeks when I finally asked to speak to a manager about all of the difficult I have been having (e.g., the broken promises) and then asked for my deposit back since they broke the contract of the the work they promised. 3. Scammy behavior 3a. We met with Jessi and Colby from DaBella. The sales people used high-pressure sales techniques like offering time-dependent large discounts and calling coworkers to see if they can get us more discounts. They also said strange things like asking, "Are you planning to live here for a while? Because we only do high-quality work!" Why would any customer want low-quality work, even if they were planning on selling the house soon? 3b. They offered a lotto or voucher for a cruise or timeshare right after the sale. 3c. They had me review their sales team on google, facebook, and yelp right after the sale. This was obviously to inflate their average rating before any of the work was done. If you actually read through the reviews, you will see the vast majority of the 5-star ones are reviews of just the sales team - not the actual work. read more

He said that was okay, it's for training only and would schedule an appointment. Adam canvased the house and started a sales pitch about the company. I said I wasn't interested, because it will be years before I'm worried about the siding. He tried to continue to sell, and I finally had to say that I don't mean to be rude, but this is a waste of time for him because I'm not interested but would accept his business card for when I am. He insisted on showing me something else that could help with increasing home value in the future and was available to the public so I heard him out. Afterwards, he tried starting the bid process and I told him again that I wasn't interested. He was disappointment and I reiterated that I wasn't trying to be rude, and he said I kind of was. He was definitely disappointed he couldn't get the sale as he left which doesn't make any sense because I told him from the beginning I wasn't interested and DaBella said it was for training only. After reading other reviews, seems that others have had similar experiences with Adam. He needs to know when to stop selling. Upon receiving a door-to-door solicitation, I politely declined their sales pitch while expressing my willingness to receive a quote. As a seasoned builder with extensive experience in roofing, I anticipate the need for a new roof for my 22-year-old home. Canvassing offered a complimentary inspection and estimate. While I appreciated the opportunity to receive an estimate, I clarified that I was not interested in a sales pitch or high pressure marketing approach. I also indicated that I was not available to commit to a 60-90 minute consultation. Inspection/sales team provided an inspection and suggested showing me pictures on an iPad. They employed typical scare tactics, and pressure sales that I told them that I was not interested in, only a quote of bid for the work.. They attempted to persuade me to choose premium materials and workmanship, but I emphasized I had already scheduled another bid from another roofer. "Leave a quote and I would compare quality and cost". Two neighbors recently had their roofs completed. One roof had a 6/12 pitch and cost $18,000. The other neighbors roof required the removal of tiles and the entire roof sheathing, resulting in a cost of $47,000. Inspectors/Sales team offered a high end quote for my roof at $78,000, BUT, I could get a 20% discount if I signed up today. I reiterated my disinterest in the comparison quotes multiple times. Despite my repeated refusals, they persisted and refused to accept "no" as an answer. I told them the while I was open to considering a reasonable price bid, every minute they pressed for a $19,000 down payment signature significantly reduced my likelihood of choosing Dabella. After OVER two hours of relentless sales pitches, and expresseing my unequivocal disinterest, they tried to provide me with an estimate after considering all pricing options and contacting the manager to inquire about the possibility of working on a bulk area work order. Surprisingly, they confirmed that I could be included me in this bulk area lower bid if I was willing to work on the roof within three weeks. The next day they sent a "Quality Control" Salesman to evaluate their first sales men, ask me what their bid was to see if I would take a slightly lower bid. In conclusion, it is advisable to politely decline Debella door-to-door solicitors and express your disinterest in their sales pitches. read more

I wouldn't recommend this company. I had the siding replaced on my home and garage. The install itself was well done, but this company's communication and accounting issues have soured the experience for me. THE GOOD: The install crew was professional and surprisingly quick, the results look very nice. They cleaned up about as well as you can expect from a construction site. The electrical fixtures worked after the project was complete and I didn't need to call an electrician. THE BAD: Right off the bat they got my email address wrong. I never received electronic documents. The manager literally printed the documents and gave them to me at final paperwork signing. When it was time to sign final paperwork the amount charged was off by $1500+. I did the math on my own and had to ask how they got to the final number. I was told accounting "triple checks" the math, yet the manager could not figure how they got to that number either. It was fixed and I was given no reason for why it was off by that much, but if I had not been watching I would have been overcharged. Communication is completely uncoordinated. If you need anything from them, good luck. You have to follow up on all the details yourself and usually it takes multiple phone calls. They do not follow through. Seems like more of a management problem than a customer service problem. Expectations were not properly managed for the project. The back of my garage has an old entrance that was boarded up long before I bought the property. It does not open. There is built-in shelving along the wall with the boarded up entrance. This was all shown to the salesman who wrote up the siding contract for the garage. It was not communicated beforehand to me that to have siding installed over that area it would need to be framed out. I would have gladly taken care of that ahead of the install if I had been aware that's what needed to be done. My contract even details that trim was planned for (1) garage entrance. When I brought this up I was given a boilerplate response about how they only install the siding per the manufacturer standards. Oh well. Dabella drops balls in a way that leaves a lot to be desired. Two men from this company arrived at my home on May 17th. I did not have an appointment with their company. I don't know how they got my name, I had made an appointment with WeatherGuard to come at 10:00 and give me an estimate on roofing for my home. Two men from Dabella came at 10:00 AM. I regrettably allowed them to inspect my roof. They gave me an estimate of $89,000 to reshingle my roof. Outrageous I told them. They lowered their estimate to $85,000 and then $76,000. I told them repeatedly that I was not interested in having their company do any work on my home. Since their visit I have proposals for $31,000, $31,500 and $39,000. Dabella phones my home almost every day, early in the morning and late at night to schedule a crew to come and begin working on my roof. I have told them not to call me, that I have another company and still Dabella phones me. I'm 84 years old and apparently Dabella thinks if they continue to harass me that I will hire them. I don't want to threaten them, just stop phoning me. Don't have anything to do with this company is my recommendation. read more

TL;DR: they lied, they were pushy, they disrespected our time, they pried about our finances, and they were unprofessional. There were too many red flags that we simply can't trust them enough to go any further in the process with them, and we recommend staying away from them. DaBella came to our home to provide us a quote for a new roof. They were pushy in their sales tactics, intrusive in their questioning of our financial situation, and stayed for 3 full hours. In the end, they provided us a sloppily-handwritten and unclear quote that they said was good for 30 days. All of this after the door canvasser a few days earlier had promised us a quote that would be good for 5 years (which should've been a massive red flag, but sounded great...oops). Also, the canvasser had said the entire visit would be about an hour and take only 20 minutes of our time. From the start (to both the door canvasser and again to the sales team), we had said we wouldn't be buying a new roof for a couple years. If I could leave zero stars I would. Truly horrible company. I am bothered several times a year by their "appointment setters" who come knocking at my door even late into the evening. One time, I made the mistake of allowing them into my home, and they proceeded to stay for several EXTREMELY uncomfortable hours and tried high pressure sales tactics to talk me into replacing my siding. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Im sure they will wave it off as "passionate sales people" but I told them several times I wasn't interested and it felt extremely predatory. Since then, every time they come to my house I politely but sternly tell them I'm not interested and ask them to stop coming by my house. This happened again yesterday, and as the salesman was walking away he rudely responded with "I just wanted to let you know you have dry rot!" I'm well aware of any issues my home has and definitely don't need some child that I'm sure has no actual training to let me know. I'd rather watch my home crumble to the ground before hiring anyone from this company. My sister recently paid cash for a bathroom remodel. There is now a problem with the infrastructure of the work done and DaBella is running for cover. Does she really need legal representation for a return phone call and appointment to see the problem? DaBella repeatedly mentioned their guarantee for the work done but no one is helping. I told the salesperson that I had to get going on dinner for our toddler and help my pregnant wife. His response: "well I can just tell you about this while you make dinner." He kept talking and sitting at our dining room table and did a whole "I'm calling the office to see if we can get you a better deal" bit that felt pretty obviously phony. Just a huge pain to get him to leave during a stressful time. Also lots of rush tactics and special deals for signing a contract on the same day. DaBella installed a new roof on my house in 2016 when they did business under the Reve name. I was initially okay with that job but over time (not that long ago) we have had multiple problems with the work, primarily leaks, but also incorrect drip edge installation. The most egregious is a leak into a bathroom ceiling that is small enough to develop over years but will necessitate some costly repairs inside. There are at least three other leaks under the eaves outside which makes me wonder how many more there are that haven't built up enough water to show. What do you get with a 50 year pledge? I called DaBella last year and was summarily told they qualify their work for 3 years only and I had to call GAF. So much for a 50 year roof! I reached out to GAF which, after 4 months without a peep, led to a random call from Matrix Roofing to investigate. The roofer from Matrix came during the dry season and did no specific leak testing with a hose but observed some of the roof, removed a portion of the shingles, etc and surmised the original installation was not done correctly. His assessment was that we needed all new decking rather than the original 50s era cedar 2x6 that comprised most of the roof decking. He observed many spots where the roofing nails were driven between the 2x6 and allowing tiny amounts of water to infiltrate. At this point I'm looking at getting rid of the roof and kissing asphalt roofing goodbye, certainly not getting any GAF products again. This is easily the worst company I have EVER worked with. Literally everything they could do wrong, they have. We spent near THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS with them and they still can't even respond to our calls. Sorry in advance for the length of this review but I want to share the whole story. So last year, we decided to have all our windows replaced and our backdoor (sliding glass). We went with triple paned windows. From the get go, it was a nightmare. They were supposed to install in the beinning of May of 2019. Halfway through June 2019, I call them repeatedly to try to find out whats going on. I finally get an answer and an install date. The install was a nightmare. The "team" that came to install was only one installer in a cast and a couple of his buddies that came to help him (no window install experience from his buddies) because his "team was out of town". He assured us he would supervise his buddies every step of the way. These guys did such a terrible job. The installed the wrong interior trim around our backdoor leaving huge gaps and holes. The caulking was the worst I have ever seen and the guys got caulking all over the exterior of our home. The caulking wasn't even sealed. They left a HUGE mess we had to clean up. We had to again, REPEATEDLY call them to fix the caulking and trim. I made it clear not to send the same installer out just for them to try to do so anyways. Finally got that fixed, more than 6 weeks later. Thought I was through dealing with them just to find that FIVE (edit: 6) of our year old windows won't engage in the locking mechanism and are letting cold air through. I called TWO WEEKS ago to ask if they could come address this problem ( my windows are under warranty!! ) and was promised a call back. Called again today to be told that there was a note in our file saying that someone called and spoke to us Friday (a blatant lie) and "explained to us that that was how the windows were supposed to work"... so they're supposed to no longer lock or close properly? Dabella gives you this whole spiel about how customer service is so important to them, its pretty much their motto - even their hold music talks about how important their customers are to them. Moved into a 20 year old home, knew we would be replacing the roof soon, they came to our door offering a free estimate, we figured why not let them be one of the MANY estimates we wanted to get. Well 4+ estimates later, their bid was over twice what any of the others were, with poorer rated shingles. And their scripted tactics trying to rush you into a commitment with a deal that's only good for 24 hours felt very manipulative and disingenuous. Oh, and the quote took upwards of 3 hours because of all of the charades and games. The ONLY positive I have, is they were insistent on giving a thorough inspection to the point of going up in our attic. And while up there they noticed a broken truss that needs to be replaced. So all in all, if you have the time and patience, let them do their free estimate, send them on their way, and then get 3-4 reasonable estimates for your project. read more

We are not wealthy, but a windfall made it possible for us to buy a small house. We were told that we needed a new roof, but the roofing companies I spoke to wouldn't finance my husband and me. We began searching online for discounts or senior programs that could help us out and happened upon DaBella Exteriors. This company responded immediately to our cry for help and sent out a pair of their employees, Amanda M. and her partner, Luis P., who began right away to assess our roof and our financial situation. After looking at the roof and making notes about the potential size and cost of the job, they came in and sat with us, explaining their plan for us and the choices we had about warranties, materials, labor, and everything else going into the replacement of an old roof. They answered every question we could think to ask. They had brochures, samples of roofing material, a very interesting and thorough powerpoint, expertly presented, and the friendly and professional attitude we found lacking in other roofing companies we spoke to. Amanda then proceeded to find financing for us. As we had spent most of our savings on the house, and were living on fairly small retirement checks, she had to look at several and find different banks and lenders for us. It saved us massive confusion and headaches. She worked all hours and kept in constant contact with us, offering alternatives and giving us good and bad news in ways we could hear and understand what she was telling us. I really felt as though she and Luis were both our friends and on our side. I am so grateful that we found this company and give them 5 stars out of 5. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof and not sure they can afford it. read more

Max was our sales representative. He didnt pressure me into getting a new roof. He convinced me with math, logic and good arguments that it was a good deal to get a new roof. We will see how the roof install goes. Max came out multiple times free of charge, he listed carefully to our concerns, got us an amazing price l, and understood we had a budget. UPDATE 1 a) DaBella doesn't seem to care as much about you after they have been paid. My project manager wont pickup, the office keeps sending me to wait on hold for hours at their call center. No human wants to give me a piece of paper said I paid them. b) The roofers they hired scraped the hell out of all my siding. Every side of my house is scraped to hell and they removed a lot of paint from my siding. I had to spend hours painting up the side of my house so it wont rot. They were very rough on my house. Realistically about $400 I lost in time/materials cleaning up their work. SEE PHOTO c) The roofers did not speak fluent English so we could not even communicate with them. Very unprofessional to send workers to work on my house I cannot communicate with. Huge negative right here. More updates to come... UPDATE 2 a) Dabella replaced a tarp that was my property the roofers destroyed and used as if it was theirs. I appreciate their cleaning up some of the mess the roofers left. b) We paid about $500 for ply wood and the deal was if the plywood wasn't used, we get a refund of that $500. For weeks they have been "looking for photos" of them installing the plywood on our house but they sent me photos of someone else's house trying to fool me into thinking they used the plywood on my house. The roofers told me to my face there was no rot which means the plywood wasn't used. Kind of hard to believe it takes them 2 weeks plus to find some photos of the installed plywood. Had a shower replaced by DaBella they gave us the wrong door never bothered to inform us suppously couldn't get the door we wanted so they just gave us cheap sliding doors very flimsy, our salesman Morgan Jones stopped taking and responding to our calls they refuse to even work with us to rectify the problem!! read more

Had a new roof installed in December. Two weeks later several shingles flew off from the wind. Although the company came out and provided a "temporary fix" I still have not heard from them as to a plan for a long term fix. Meanwhile, additional shingles have blown away, leaving the underpayment exposed. I'm not sure if it's poor workmanship or faulty materials, but they have not handled this issue to my satisfaction. Despite supposedly having a 40 year warranty, I fell like I will probably have to contact them repeatedly over the life of this home for repairs to this faulty roof. read more
