My Kids love boba and we always come here. Friendly and welcoming staff!! Yummy and tasty boba.

I recently tried the boba here, and it was amazing! The tea was fresh and flavorful, and the boba pearls were perfectly chewy with just the right texture. I loved that the drink wasn't overly sweet, allowing the natural flavors to shine through. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. Overall, it was a delicious and refreshing treat, and I'll definitely be coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommended for any boba lover! read more

Yes! Yes! ... especially on a hot day. Their drinks are so refreshing and kinda healthy. You can customize your drinks to reduce the sugar, substitute, tea with water, etc. They can even split drinks into separate cups... their servicing sizes are large... so I recommend splitting with your friends. I wish they would use recyclable cups. They hired new staff to keep up with demand, but they have a solid program. Also, I recommend you sign up for their rewards program... because you will be back for more! read more

Really appreciate how this location most always seems to have some kind of bogo on great drinks. The girls working here are nice and helpful. Never had a problem w their drinks. A bit on the sweeter side but you can choose less sugar. We especially like their fruity drinks like the Hawaiian green tea or peach green tea. I also like how you can swap out their toppings for another one of the same price wo a charge like other places do. Sign up for Fivestars and get points, even on their promotion drinks. They will often send you promotions thru Fivestars as well. read more

Great location right off the freeway, by the CVS and BevMo parking lot. lots of parking throughout the day so parking wont be hard to find. Hours are reduced from 11am-9pm like with many restaurants due to covid, but hours are still fine considering most of the stores in the shopping center are closed at early. Service: Sharetea had attentive staff and was woking hard crafting drinks for the orders ahead us. Many choices to choose from, but since a little late I choose an iced honey lemonade with aloe and coca lover drink. Drinks: 1. The honey lemonade with aloe {$4.75, 4/5 stars} - was very refreshing with a sweet lemon taste and a perfect hint of sweetness from honey. I only wish there was a hint of mint to go with this drink, it would be a great addition to this drink! The aloe texture was perfect and had that nice bite to it when you eat it, not mushy, like many aloe drinks. 2. The cocoa lover drink {$4.50, 5/5 stars} was a very sweet and desert like drink. If you love chocolate and sweetness this is the drink for you! A rich chocolate blend with chocolate pieces it it. Similar to the taste of chocolate ice cream, but not as rich. Hardworking staff and great tasting drinks a good location to try! read more

Reliable and very reasonably priced. Where else can you get a drink (QQ Happy Family Milk Tea) with SIX toppings for $4.95?? You can ask to remove any of the toppings if you'd prefer. I omit red bean. Drinks are one size, but ice and sweetness levels are customizable. This location has ample free parking and gets you in and out in good time depending on number of patrons. During COVID, they are only allowing 3 people inside at a time, so sometimes, like on weekends, there's a line. The entire counter has plexi-glass. In earlier COVID days, they still let you touch the screen to sign/tip after inserting your credit card. I noticed in my recent visit they don't allow it anymore (yay!). Instead, they ask if you'd like to tip and they select it for you. Typically, I will come here instead of Boba Guys at City Center, especially if I'm looking for a larger drink and more toppings for a cheaper price! read more

This place has been at least a weekly pit stop (if not more than once a week) on the way home from work for a while now. Really enjoy the Hawaii Fruit Tea (sub boba for aiyu jelly) Today I noticed the menu items have gone up in price. $7.25+ for a single boba drink is getting steep so had to take away 1 star. read more

I've always been a fan of this Sharetea store but yesterday I was disappointed at it after seeing two kids, after waiting in line for quite some time, couldn't buy any drinks because this store would accept cash but wouldn't give back any change. The two kids were so disappointed and sad, and had to cancel their orders and leave. My heart just broke for them. I mean, if you as a business are willing to take cash from the customers, the least you should do is be able to give back change, especially if you're in the business where you have lots of customers who are kids or teenagers. read more

Maybe we were unlucky and stopped by on an off day. For our first time visit, we ordered the taro milk tea and oolong milk tea. Taro Milk tea was predominantly blended ice and milk, and bare minimum taro. :( As for the oolong, the boba was warm and fresh, but the oolong drink overall was flavorless and watered down. We only took a few sips and had to throw both drinks away unfortunately. :( === Hi Kevin ! You can private message me on yelp and I will provide the info. read more

I used to like Sharetea, and I never had complaints about this location. But recently, both the green milk tea and black milk tea lack flavor. I can understand for green milk tea, where sometimes the flavor is quite light, but even the black milk tea just tasted like milk and water. I was very confused. The staff have always been very nice and I never wait long for my drink. But I'm not sure where the flavor went! read more

There are almost a million boba tea places everywhere around me, it's overwhelming but you will never be dehydrated. I keep coming back because sometimes I want a sweet drink for my sweet tooth and to not be parched. Add this place to the list. Predictable and unsurprising. Drinks around $5+. They are convenient and open late and located everywhere so it's a nice treat every now and then. read more

3.5 star review (rounded up to 4). Important to note I was told they don't have the mojito items on their menu at this location. This is a solid Sharetea that has good drinks at a fair price. Located in a shopping plaza just off the Crow Canyon exit on 680, it's a convenient location to easily grab bubble tea with ample amounts of parking. For COVID, they have 3 people max in the store at a time (masks required). They also have good barriers to separate the workers and the customers. The cashier also operates the tablet that they use to accept payment, so it's a contactless experience. I ordered the Peach Tea with Aiyu Jelly and was pleasantly surprised. It's a pretty big size given the price and the tea is nice and flavorful. However, it's not something that's going to really blow you away. If you're in the mood for bubble tea, this is a solid spot that won't let you down, but at the same time won't really stand out to impress you. read more

Sharetea is the closest boba shop to my home. It's conveniently located in the large Safeway shopping center. Nestled between Subway and Men's Warehouse this franchise store is constantly busy since it was the first boba store. Not many tables and chairs either inside or out, order your drinks and go. I've had several drinks like the traditional boba milk tea, but my go to is the passion fruit green tea with boba. Service is efficient, your order is on stickers so there is no mix up on the drinks. Usually plenty of easy parking right in front. read more

Great experience ordering catering for a party. Easy and fast communication with the manager and/or owner. Boba arrived to party on time, and guests kept mentioning the drinks were great. Will do business with them again in the future. I'd like to point out that even getting simple responses from other boba places had been a nightmare; Sharetea stands out for their communication and deserves to be commended for that. read more

Honey green tea is my favorite at this place, although sometimes the sweetness is inconsistent, maybe it's because too much ice and it melted making everything taste lighter. I am honestly mad at myself for not going to Sharetea sooner. WHY?! I am hooked on the flavorful and fresh drinks. I have enjoyed the crema drinks and a the ice blended drinks. These are very tasty. I keep wanting to try new drinks because so far everything takes great, I can't be disappointed. The drinks are customizable because you can make the drinks sweeter or less sweet; or even change the ice amount. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My first time there, I was not sure what to try. Instead of being irritated by my indecisiveness, I was calmly assisted to make a great refreshing choice. I must admit, I am a fan. read more

The sharetea in Dublin closed and I miss it. I came here for my go to mango green milk tea with mini pearl. The pearls were soft and the service was quick. When I was out on another one of my bubble tea runs, I somehow stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. I really enjoy the different flavor combinations that they have with the various teas. Mango green milk tea? Yes please! And yes, it was as delicious as it sounds. Sharetea has really been popping up everywhere, as they are in direct competition with T4 as the main chain business that sells boba milk tea. If you been to a Sharetea before, this place is exactly the same, but with a few positive differences. This specific San Ramon location's menu items are all 29¢ more expensive than the other Sharetea's; but their prices includes the sales tax, which actually makes their drinks less expensive than the other locations. They are also part of the FiveStars Reward program. As for their store hours, they're open everyday at 11am and 10am on weekends; whereas they closed everyday at 9:30pm, except on Friday & Saturday where they stay open till 11pm. For some odd reason, this particular Sharetea is very strict in mentioning that their bathroom is for customers only. People can easily use the bathrooms at Safeway, Chipotle and CVS for free. This isn't SF, where you have a lot of homeless or transients that will use businesses' bathrooms without purchasing anything and getting their bathrooms messy. Anyway.., Sharetea's bathroom code is listed on their receipt after you make a purchase. read more

Sharetea San Ramon, your night crew has earned you an extra star from me! About three months ago, I wrote a review of this place and gave them three stars due to the lackluster customer service I received. But after tonight's visit, I am upping it to four stars due to the night crew's good work. The female cashier was polite and engaging. After she took my order, I sat down and watched the entire crew at work. It seemed like they (the cashier and two other male crew members) worked well as a team. I saw great hustle from everyone. Also, the interactions between the crew and other customers left a great impression on me. Based on that, I am giving them an extra star. Just in case you wonder, I got a couple Coffee Ice Blended drinks (BOGO Monday). read more

I've come to Sharetea a few times after doctor's appointments since I moved to CCC, and have enjoyed grabbing boba before I hop on 680 to drive back to Walnut Creek. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I wish they served food like my beloved Mr. Green Bubble does. I've had the ginger milk tea with honey/pearl boba at 50% sweet and the QQ Happy Family drink. I've heard that they let you omit/replace items for the Happy Family drink, which is good since the grass jelly was too bitter for me (but I was curious what it tasted like, so I'm glad I tried it!). I've been to both the San Ramon and Concord locations, and SR easily wins due to consistency of taste, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness. They also follow Covid protocols and only let 3 people into the store at a time. I've never had to wait a long time/at all to go inside, as they seem to be good at getting people in/out quickly. Can't wait to go back, and I will give a 5th star if food (especially sesame balls) is added to the menu! read more
