This is close to my in law's place, so we gave it a try one night. The ambience inside is nice and hip. We got a jasmine milk tea and Thai tea with boba. Drink flavors were a little bland and tasted watered down. Boba is okay, not as soft as other places. Also parking lot is difficult to get in and out of. Hard to find a spot. read more

Way way way too slow. It took close to 45 mins to get our drinks and it wasn't that crowded. The wife and I have been to other tea spots and have been in and out within 15 minutes or less. This was my first time trying this place. The young lady was at the register as I was walking up due to bringing someone their drink. She seemed nice but they strictly do their job. There was no customer service as I ordered. I read a review that stated the staff were robotic with no smiles. I agree they are robotic. They did smile when speaking to each other and when giving you your drink but that's it nothing in between. After I placed my order and was putting my money away by the time I looked up they were away from the register talking with another staff. Usually I would ask about the place and the drinks but didn't even have time to do that before she was away from the counter. As for the drink it was ... basic. That's the word that comes to mind. It tasted like coffee that had milk but VERY little creamers far as sweetness goes. I was not made aware of this and I assumed which was a mistake on my part. I am somewhat of a coffee drinker but not straight with no chaser coffee as in black and add some milk to lighten the color... no thank you. Between the subpar drink and lack of customer service I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place. Maybe they have other drinks that are great but not this one. Even as I was ordering they were asking questions about ice levels and all that. But did not introduce how they complete the ordering process, the young lady just said something (I couldn't understand she spoke so quickly) and pointed to the picture. Usually at places for example sushi the waiter/waitress will ask have you been here do you know how things operate as far as ordering. But none of that goes on at this place. Anyways I would HIGHLY recommend Rapha Tea!! And try the signature Rapha black tea with boba! Yum!! Oh and this place .. a boba place .. charged me for boba. They have really good boba! It's so soft and has the right amount of sweetness. Lots of variety in the drinks and generally have really nice customer service, and there's also board games available. Only reason I took one star off is because the music is really loud. Not the best place to stay and converse without having to speak loudly. read more

This place is OK. My girlfriend and I already tried this place 3 times and it still isn't as good as other Sharetea locations. The first visit was about over 3 weeks ago, second was about a week ago, third time was the other day. For the first visit we were excited to get ShareTea because we've had it several times before around Southern California and even in the Bay Area. We tried to order our usual drink that became a favorite of ours that we get at other locations and even saw on other sharetea menus but we were told that they couldn't make it. So we decided to just order what's on the menu because even though we do have our favorite drink we do know that the other sharetea drinks are delicious but we weren't too happy with the taste/flavor of our drinks. I understand the business is new and figured that over time it will get better. For the second visit we tried giving the drinks we originally ordered a second chance hoping that they made adjustments in their drinks but unfortunately it is still the same and nothing has changed in taste. Basically we came to a conclusion that this sharetea isn't as good as other locations but we still decided to try it for a third time because sharetea is favorite of ours. This visit we decided for both of us to try something different because there are some reviews saying this is the best or one of the best boba places. Unfortunately again we weren't satisfied and I do feel Sharetea is one of my favorite boba companies because there's so many boba places out there that has their unique name but uses the same recipe and doesn't taste unique. Normally when I get Sharetea I can tell it's Sharetea because they taste unique but we didn't experience that over our 3 visits. The location is great and convenient but for people to say this is the best boba, I would have to disagree and say that its just OK. Got my order and it wasn't what i ordered. Went back because i was unsatisfied and ended up getting my drink blended with regular boba when i specifically had ordered LYCHEE. Ended up being bummed out. All i ordered was a matcha smoothie with lychee. First time i got my drink the beverage wasn't blended. I give 1 star because of the attitude the workers had when i had gone back and asked to get my drink adjusted. Please be kind to the customers. First time trying this place today and absolutely loved it! We didn't know what to order and the cashier (pinkish hair) helping us was super helpful with recommendations. They have a great selection and on Wednesday's they have BOGO free pineapple green tea. I usually go for green teas at boba tea places, I added lychee jelly and it also came with pineapple chunks. My friend got a mango green tea with a scoop of ice cream & added boba. I was surprised with how good the drinks are. Definitely a new go to spot for me. Also love how you can choose the amount of ice and sweetness level. I noticed there were some table games as well so it seems like a cool lil environment to chill with friends. read more

Terrible customer service. Overpriced tea. I paid for my boba and then when I got it I stuck the straw in and then the tea spilled all over the place. The cup broke and spilled everywhere. Their matcha crema is to die for! I normally like to stay on a healthy diet during the week and get a delicious cheat splurge on the weekend, so when I splurge I look for something REALLY good. My sister told me ShareTea was really good so I went there for the 1st time yesterday. I went with the matcha crema and I'm obsessed with how good it was. Their salted cream foam is better than sny other tea place I've been to. When I got home, I was still trying to spoon out remnants of the cream from my cup. I will definitely be back! read more

Obsessed. Been here a couple times but i usually go to the oc locations more. The drinks are great but the sweetness is never consistent. Sometimes it can be way too sweet or not sweet enough. I've been waiting for this location to open and am so excited they're finally open! I usually get my boba teas in OC so having one close to home is very convenient and exciting. We checked it out this morning and it exceeded my expectations! For starters, there was a DJ outside and free Porto's pastries to grab. There was a long line but the customer service was good and most importantly.. the drinks were great. Today is BOGO so I only paid $13 for 6 drinks. On the way out, my son also got a free keychain.
