I have to give a review for the first true Chinese milk tea place in our big riverside area!! I had this in San Gabriel Valley. Pretty decent place. Got excited one month in advance before they open. It is so great to have a good boba place in Riverside! They are open, but it is a soft open right now. The shop is right on Magnolia in the new plaza with Blaze Pizza and Subway. The Kaiser Riverside ER staff ordered 12 drinks at once today and the staff handled this so well! They were all made fresh, delicious, and all drinks were made correctly! The one thing I wish they could do is order and pay ahead so that I could pick up a drink before headed to work. read more

The drinks are good, I got the passionfruit fruit tea with boba and lychee jelly, however they add a lot of the topping. Some may like the large amount of toppings and some may like less, that's all up to personal preference. I would have been fine with the amount they serve if I only got one topping however since I got two it was like more than half of my drink. Next time I'll stick with one topping or ask for half servings if I get two toppings. read more

I come here all the time since I moved to the area 6 months ago. The blended Thai iced tea with boba is my go to drink! I recently tried the Cocoa Lover with fresh milk and it was great! So delicious. The shop is so cute inside and they added a new macaroon display. Highly recommend coming here for all your boba and tea needs! read more

I love boba so of course I had to try out this new boba place. I got the matcha red bean ice blended drink while my friend got the Oreo ice blended drink. My drink was good but I don't think I would get it again, my friend actually like my drink better and I liked hers better. The ice blended drink just was too slushy and I felt like there wasn't much flavor but overall it wasn't bad. I would come back and try something else instead though. Another thing is that they don't have Apple/Android Pay. It's a brand new establishment, I don't understand how you don't have Apple Pay lol. read more

They have so many different varieties and choices I've gotten the taro ice blended which is amazing with extra sweetness just because I have a sweet tooth I've tried the natural taro and I was not the biggest fan of it wasn't sweet enough or really have that taro taste and the black milk tea is pretty good too also the cocoa creama is to die for! So so good like chocolate and the creama is perfection the only thing is it could be to salty at times but still so good. honestly has me craving boba all the time definitely like the environment as well. First time going here. Won't ever come back. #400195 3/6/2021 9:55pm. I asked the cashier what was a good Hot drink he recommended. The kid gives me a recommendation and I go for it. Order is ready. The same kid that recommended me the hot drink says.. the drink you ordered is not available as a hot drink.. Okay no problem. I take my drink to avoid a.. he said you said.. BS. My Sharetea drink immediately goes into the trash. And I walk away and put an X on this location. They all knew what I wanted but didn't acknowledge it or attempt to address the issue. I ordered a tiger Boba and it was not very good. They sell it in the small cup and it supposed to be sweet. It was a plain old Boba milk tea that was over priced. I literally left my house, when we are supposed to be in quarantine, it was not worth it for this boba. read more

Bad customer service at the riverside store. a tall guy brown hair rubbed me the wrong way twice now. The first time they didn't look into making a special requested drink even though I've ordered this drink at ever other boba shop like "Boba Time" dwn the street. Its a milk tea 0% sweetness with brown sugar walls. The next time I walked in waited in a 10 min line and he told me their system was down, and he could take cash or a Manuel card. I asked "so no Apple Pay" and he said "that's what i meant by our system is down." I might be over reacting but I'm just not going back there. I rather go to the one down the street. read more

I am a huge boba drink fan! And this part of Riverside really needed a great boba drink place! I'm so glad Share tea came along! I am especially happy with the great customer service they offer. One of my drinks was made wrong and I noticed once I got home. I called and let them know they told me to go back and ask for my free drink the next time I was there. I went back and Annie helped me out. She handled the situation very well and my drink was free and exactly what I wanted (coffee creama). I reccomend this place not just because of the excellent drinks, but also because of their wonderful customer service. read more

Our 1st time at a Sharetea & we will defn make future visits when we're near one. The cashier was very helpful answering our questions & even offered a sample of egg pudding cos my hubby was curious. My matcha tea creama (can't remember the exact name) was delicious. I ordered it light ice, no sweetener & with lychee jelly, so good! My husband ordered a mango blended drink that came with ice cream & he asked for boba & let me tell you, they were very generous with the boba. My boyfriend and I are consistent sharetea drinkers but mainly go to the location in Temecula and we're always treated so well, however; whenever we're at this location... it's a whole other story. For the past 5 times we've been here in the past couple months, they've gotten our order wrong but today was the day we decided to go back in and tell them nicely but only to be greeted with rudeness. We ordered a QQ family, NO RED BEAN and somehow there's ALWAYS red bean in our drink even said it on the drink label, specifically no red bean! And when we told the employee working the issue with our drink, he had the audacity to swirl the drink around and said "there's red bean in here?" as if we would've came back in if our order was right. It doesn't stop there! He did take the drinks away and didn't say a single word to us, like there was no communication. When he did finish making the drinks, he aggressively set down the drinks on the counter and did not do that to the other orders that were coming out, just ours. And my boyfriend was sweet enough to say thank you, have a good night and the employee did not even say a single thing back nor glance our way. We love this franchise but the employees at this location are rude and seem to hate their job, maybe they could take a couple tips or two from the Temecula location. I understand the rush hours of Sharetea can be pretty hectic and the pay isn't up to par with the labor as my boyfriend and I have worked in the food industry but we've never treated our customers this way despite rushes. Nonetheless, we love the Sharetea franchise but we will not be giving this location our business any longer, the workers here all need an attitude check and class or two on how to treat their customers. This place is amazing! The service is impeccable and the beat I have ever seen from any boba shop I have been to. The atmosphere is great as well. Not to mention tons of games to play with your friends and chillax. The workers are the greatest I have met, as all of them are very kind and are great for service. Not to mention their milk teas! The amiunt of boba to liquid is perfectly proportionate, and you cann even choose how much ice and how sweet you want your drink, unlike other boba shops! ShareTea is definitely one of my favorite places to grab boba. They have a wide variety of drinks and allow you to custom order your drink to your preference, e.g. (ice,sweetness,toppings). I have been here about ten times. * The Mango & Passion Fruit Green Tea with Aloe Vera is my go to. * I tried the Passion Fruit, Orange, Grapefruit Tea by accident; confused it with the Mango & Passion Fruit Green Tea. It was definitely good, but I was not a huge fan since I'm not a fan of Grapefruit. * I had their Taro Milk Tea with pearls my very first visit and was not a fan since it was very starchy; but duh that's what you get with Taro. * I recently had the Honey Milk Tea (black tea) with pearls, and I was not impressed. It pretty much just tasted like milk tea; the Honey flavor was minimal to none. Overall, ShareTea is a pretty solid place to grab boba. Since, you have the freedom to customize your drink you really do get what you ask for which can be good and bad; either you know what your are asking for and are satisfied or like me at times, you don't really know what you are asking for and may be disappointed. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I normally get boba here. This review is for today's encounter 2/16/21 at around 640pm. I sent my bf to get me my regular drink that I normally would get from this place. Double serving of pudding and boba. And they said they couldn't do it. Why not? It's my drink. It it ends up not having a lot of drink I don't care it's how I like my drink. And for them to laugh when he said never mind is so unprofessional. I am never going back here again. read more

Every time we go in, most people are nice but there's one girl in particular who is rude every single time. We give her the benefit of the doubt every time, thinking she might be going through a rough time, or a rough life, but tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back. I asked her nicely what her name was and she said she doesn't have to give me anything, especially her name. Since she refused to give it to me, I will describe her for you: She has black hair, wears glasses, has a little diamond piercing in between her nose and her lips (her philtrum), as well as a butterfly tattoo on her arm. Last time we went in, she told her co worker to look at us, saying "that's the family"...and they both looked up and laughed. This time, she walked over to the cashier and rolled her eyes because she had to help us. She gave us attitude from the beginning, not even greeting us or asking how she can help us. It was clear I had to be the first to speak. We ordered, and I asked her for no sweetness and she said "I can't do that." without explaining why. After she reluctantly took our order and when we gave her our stamp card to stamp, she adamantly decided that she was going to use our discount from our frequent card rewards tonight even though we asked her not to. She said, "it's too late. I ran it through". I'm not sure if she was trying to get back at us for coming in because she didn't want to work. Whether it's that, getting the drink wrong, slamming the mixers, or talking about customers to her coworkers right in front of them, this is the last straw. No more benefit of the doubt. Do the owners not see this behavior? Is she related to them so they let her do what she wants? Im still floored that she said she doesn't have to tell me her name.
