This is our go-to boba place. Our family goes here about 2 times a week. It gets pretty addictive lol. Our usuals are the classic boba milk tea but my personal favorite is the green tea and mango with boba. Boba is always tasty and we never really have problems, but recently it has been a little stale. Nothing too unbearable though. The place is pretty clean and the service is usually fast, especially with the busy rush during the day. I like the area this place is in, with SubWay, BurgerIM, and Fish Grill right next to it. You could get a nice meal with just a few quick stops. There is no size but you can adjust the sweetness and ice level with no charge. Overall, this place is enjoyable, nice for studying or working on projects. I would recommend! read more

Got the oolong milk tea with boba, my family tried matcha, taro and thai tea. I LOVED my drink, got it with only 30% sweetness and less ice. I thought it was perfect. My husband didn't care for the taro but everyone else was happy with their drinks. The size of the drink is good and the boba is yummy. Service was wonderful. I stopped by here while picking up some food next door. I'm pregnant and they were advertising refreshing mojitos! Yes please! I ordered the strawberry mojito and a thai boba tea for my husband. I love that they ask if the normal amount of sweetener is okay. I often get stuff that is overly sweet however having never tried their teas I opted to go with it as is. I tasted the mojito and got a mouthful of sugar along with a really sharp flavor. I looked at the cup and saw that sugar had settled at the bottom. I tried to sip from the middle to top of the cup but it still had a real sharp flavor - think lime rind. I inspected it and indeed there was tons of lime rind in it. Which is fine for flavor but it was just too much. My husband tried his thai tea and was very unimpressed. It lacked thai tea flavor and was oddly too creamy but not in the traditional thai tea type of way. We gave it a shot but it's just not for us. read more

I've always been a huge fan of Sharetea and when I saw this open up in Riverside, I was sooooo excited! Of course, as with any new restaurant/cafe, their service was a little slow in the beginning, but the drinks tasted AMAZING that that didn't even matter. The customer service here is also excellent. I've been to plenty of boba places around the IE and in the OC. Although I'm very happy about Sharetea opening up in Riverside, I am rating this place one star based upon their poor service. I ordered the Hawaii Fruit Tea, less sweet (30%). The cashier failed to tell me that the drink included a type of jelly, (aiyu jelly?) and so when I drank the drink I was surprised. The menu doesn't say anything about the Hawaii fruit tea including jelly. Anyway, the drink was way too sweet for my liking that I thought I was drinking literal syrup. I had asked for my drink to be less sweet and yet again, the workers had failed me again. :C With that said, I had asked to exchange the drink since I was very dissatisfied. The manager, and I'm pretty sure owner, said that, "it's not on us if you don't like the drink". She did offer to make another drink only if I were to buy it with a discount. The coffee crema has this amazing cream cheese salted caramel foam on top. In order to drink the coffee drink they give you a tiny plastic knife to cut two parallel slits. The cashier lady explained you take a drink of the foam and coffee and mix it in your mouth. The taro doesn't leave a chalky aftertaste like others I've tried. Light and refreshing taste. Didn't know a sharetea opened up in Riverside so I was pretty excited and booked it over there. A 15 minute drive from where I live and my boyfriend and I walked in at 9:45 pm on a Wednesday night. I know, 15 minutes before they close at 10:00pm, but at least we weren't those customers that came in like 1 minute before closing. I've worked plenty of food service jobs, so I know the feeling of seeing customers walking in so close to closing time, but the way we were greeted last night was so rude!! The "employee of the month" that was displayed near the register is who was unfriendly on our arrival, I didn't get her name or see a name tag on so that's how I can refer to her. Anyways, her head spun around when we walked up to the register and she blatantly gave us a quick up and down look and rolled her eyes at us and then turned back around!!! My boyfriend and I both saw and instantly turned to each other to see if we both caught that eye roll move. We've been to plenty of shareteas all over Orange County/LA County and was excited to have one in the Inland Empire, and I can say with confidence that the way we were received as customers was the worst here than any other location we've been too. The "employee of the month" then proceeds to turn around and send someone else to help us at register who was friendly enough and took our order, the best part was that a group of 2, a group of 5, and then a group of 3 all walked in while we were waiting for our drinks to be made. So we weren't even the last people in there to come close to closing time! And the "employee of the month" had the same eye roll reaction to each customer that walked through after us. Maybe she got "employee of the month" for her attitude about how much she loves her job!!!!! Our drinks were the same as all sharetea drinks we've gotten, which was delightful. This won't hinder me on coming back, but I do hope the girl will be in a better mood next time. Came here the other day and there was no customer service. I've never been to this location and the other location i went to was in Cypress. It's been probably over a year since i have ever had their drinks so i wasn't sure on what to order. I asked the employee what she recommended and her tone of voice seemed as if i was bothering her. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day, so I'll give it another try someday. The drink i ended up getting was very sweet. But the boba was really good. I'm a huge fan of boba and milk tea, so I was definitely excited to try this place out! But I was definitely disappointed. My friend and I came in on Sunday and the line was not as long as I expected, just about 3 sets of groups. We got in line and that's when I noticed the line of 7 cups they had waiting to be prepared. In the 15 minutes that my friend and I waited in the small line, the guy behind the counter only managed to get TWO drinks out. This honestly blows my mind, does it really take about 7 minutes to make one drink? For the amount of staff this place had, I'm surprised they only had ONE person making the drinks, or at least that's what it seemed. The rest of the staff was just huddled together talking. Finally we get to the front of the line and the girl just says "just so you know it'll be a 20 to 30 minute wait". No greeting or anything, what crappy customer service for a new shop. Don't get me wrong, I definitely don't mind waiting for a good product, but when I noticed that the staff was walking around and taking their sweet time, then that's when the wait seems ridiculous, especially waiting 30 minutes for a drink. I wanted mango black tea but the only black tea options they have are very limited--only strawberry, pineapple, and honey. The price is decent. Will def come back! read more

Meh... I ordered a Taro Milk Tea Boba (my go to tea drink) and it really disappointed. I didn't get a picture of the drink but it was not well mixed, and there was powdered mix clumped here and there all around the cup. As a result, the usual purple/lavender color was more like a dull gray/brown color And the flavor was dull and bland. My son ordered a Hawaiian Boba Tea and he liked it and gave it a thumbs up, so maybe I'll give this place another try and repost if the next drink is better. read more

Now there are boba shops seemingly everywhere, but the challenge is still finding GOOD boba. Customer service was trash. The girl who took my order seemed very uninterested and annoyed at me for asking the difference between two drinks. They were all extremely low energy and seemed like they didn't care to be there. Drinks were also super basic. The Strawberry Green Tea tasted like pure syrup which was sour and no tea flavor and the Tiger Tea tasted like milk w a bit of brown sugar. I probably would never go to another Sharetea and only stopped by because there was no Ding Tea close by. Also the Tiger Tea only comes in a small which is weird so if you're wanting a bigger size, I'd recommend against it. read more
