Sharetea at the Landing is hands-down the best Boba game in town. Owners Dan and Ed are extremely committed to superior quality and value for each drink that is produced by their store. I visit at least 1-2 times per week and have done so since the weekend of their soft opening. I have to admit that their soft opening weekend made me a little bit skeptical - the drinks were a little too sweet and they ran out of pearls. However, within days they smoothed out those hiccups. Since then every drink I've had is amazing and they always seem to be working harder to improve upon an already great product. This Taiwanese chain has the best milk tea in the area. Better than young tea, dtb, ambrosia, and oasis. You can actually taste the brewed tea leaf flavor. The boba are nice and chewy without the mushy exterior (when they have been sitting in liquid you long). They also have a frequent visitor app. read more

I really don't understand the hype. I've been to Taiwan and I don't think that ShareTea really tastes authentic. The milk tea is mostly milk and very little tea and tastes very diluted. The regular milk tea is overly sweetened but if you get 50% sweetness it just ends up tasting like non dairy creamer. I'll be going to elsewhere to get my milk tea. read more

Best bubble tea in the area. I like my milk tea rich in tea flavor and slightly sweetened and theirs is perfect. So far I've had the oolong milk tea, regular milk tea and taro. The regular milk tea is my least favorite. I'm not a boba fan, but my husband tells me theirs has the right chew and texture. I absolutely adore this place. I come here about 3-4 times a week on a daily basis. There are so many variety to chose upon but the four drinks that I'd recommend are: Honey milk tea 80% sugar with half boba, cocoa lover with ice cream as topping with 0% sugar, strawberry green tea & the strawberry ice blended with ice cream. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, only had to wait 5 mins to order. I ordered Oolong Milk tea with 100% sweetness, less ice and pudding. Total cost ended up to be $4+tax. The drinks seems a bit lighter than the one in the U district, not sure if anyone else thinks the same. The tea is either not as strong, and not as creamy. Definitely doesn't taste the same. I got the taro milk tea with boba and added herb jelly (grass jelly) and it was super delicious. They use fresh taro, not powdered like most places, and it was the best taro boba I've ever had. The line was pretty long around 8pm and it just kept getting longer but if you love boba, it's worth the wait! Price wise, it was kind of high but other boba places like oasis are getting there, too. Great concept for bubble tea, next time do more than light ice because my drink was warm, also this is just a note to self not to get the pudding, it didn't taste that great, (ordered taro pearl milk tea with pudding and ice cream) the barely there ice cream melted really quickly but my drink was still warm, next time I want to try the homemade taro with sweet milk. Prices are similar to oasis. It's a very compact little store. Lines go by pretty fast even if there are a lot of people. I wish there was more seating available. But the teas are great. Always fresh and soft tapioca. Favorite is the taro milk tea so delicious!!! read more

I have been to many bubble tea places, but this one always hits the spot. The teas are fresh and the staff can answer any questions about what is fresh, has real fruit, has milk, etc. I appreciate that they ask for your preferred sweetness and ice level. The line is usually long in the summer, but who can help this when the place is so popular? The line goes fast anyway. I've tried bbteas in other states and countries, and it's not as good quality. Friend took me to try out Seattle bubble tea as he kept talking how good it was. So decided to try out at my recent stay in Seattle. We shared the Peach Green Tea Creama and it was just like how he described it. The creama part is definitely something different for me as I haven't found one in Vancouver yet. The milk portion is slightly salted with sea salt. It tasted odd at first but it was indeed delicious. We didn't order any toppings as we were too full from lunch. Let me start off by saying I am a total BBT addict... :P I live in Seattle so I frequently, FREQUENTLY go to the Sharetea in UDistrict. However, when I visit my family, it's near Renton so I stop by this Sharetea every once in awhile. Ever since Sharetea opened in Washington state, it has instantly become my favorite BBT place! My go to drinks are the Black Tea (yes black tea, NOT black milk tea) with tapioca and the Passion Fruit, Orange, and Grapefruit Tea. The Renton location is a bit smaller than the Seattle one so don't expect to sit down in the shop for awhile to enjoy your drink. I come here once a week because it's my favourite boba spot in Renton. Their menu and options are endless. They'll have anything you're looking for to make a perfect cup of tea. The best part is that you can customise the whole drink to how you want it, whether it's the amount of ice, sweetness level, or toppings. It took me a few times to find what I liked best. In my opinion, a tea shop is only as good as their milk teas..and when I tried the original black milk tea, hokkaido milk tea, and Okinawa milk tea, it just didn't do it. It either tasted watered down or powdery. I was meh about sharetea until I tried their blended milk tea with boba! I don't know what it is about it being blended, but it makes all of the difference! So smooth and creamy. I also add in the silky herb jelly and just like that, I'm hooked. It's gonna be hard for me the break away from my favourite and try other things, but let me know if you have any recommendations! :) read more
