I ordered 2 strawberry shortcake (other employee heard me and made them right away.) , she charges me for one which I shouldn't be complaining for the free drink but she needs to listen to her customers if she's gonna work in food service. I ordered 3 waffles. Got both of them nicely, given by the other employee. I was waiting for my third one by the wall for another 5 minutes, she then come and finally asks me what's wrong. I mentioned I'm waiting for the other waffle. She gave me an attitude while I was still ordering my food and wasn't smiling or giving attention to the customers in front of the store she works at. When she finally gave me my last waffle, she asked if I already had 3 puff n cream sauce.. which they decided to give it to me one by one along with my waffles I purchased. I said no and waited for her to give me the last one. She said just stood there, so I grabbed it from the counter, said my thanks and walked away. They weren't busy because they weren't doing much but there was 3 employees total & they were all tucked far away from the cash register where there was people waiting to be helped, so unprofessional. To whoever this employee is, I'm not sorry for putting you on blast. Your whole customer service attitude is shitty and if you hate to serve people without a smile, leave. You make people feel unwelcome. The whole wait took about 15 minutes. I won't be going here anymore as someone who's always coming here for your drinks.

Upon entering the store we immediately noticed that they had gotten rid of the booths on the left side of the wall as well as a bunch of shelving with their "Temu-esque" products for sale. They placed a couple tables with chairs in this space. The merch for sale is now just located on the right wall as well as in front of the counter. When we entered there were maybe 5 people total in the store. We ordered 4 drinks and were told it was going to be a 20-25 minute wait as the guy taking orders appeared to be the only person working at the time. The thing that was crazy was, whenever a new person entered the store to order, he would add on 10-15 minutes PER DRINK for his estimated time. So much so that we witnessed him tell multiple parties that the wait would be 30-40 minutes, causing them to just leave instead of placing an order. In reality he got all the drinks out to us within 10 minutes, not the 20-25 he initially told us. I had ordered the Midnight Tea, which was always my go to. My wife ordered her go to which was the signature Milk Tea. My kids got lava flow and strawberry smoothies. The smoothies were...fine. Nothing special, but there never really was with those. The problem was with the milk teas. The milk tea tasted watered down and just...off. My wife's signature milk tea didn't come with the brown sugar syrup walls and my Midnight Tea didnt have the bruleé'd top. The cheese foam also tasted like regular sweet cream foam and not cheese. And then there was the boba.....By far and away the worst Boba i've ever had in my life. And that's not an exxageration. This boba was hard and tasted as if it had been made 2 days ago. The boba used to always be fresh and slightly warm. As i said the boba was hard and cold. Absolutely terrible experience. Will not be returning anytime soon which sucks as we built up enough points for $5 off our next visit. Oh well, would rather pay full price elsewhere than get $5 off the trash we were served last Sunday.

When you first walk in, you're smacked in the face with a FUNKY smell... not an organic 'food' scent... more like one you'd find in a restroom ... There's a curtain area next to the register, and I was unaware there was someone RIGHT behind the curtain until I heard them slurping up their lunch. The drinks themselves are alright.... Very light flavor, not sweet. So if that's the type you like, you'd like this location. Like I said earlier, their boba is cooked perfectly. The blended sesame was a little chalky instead of blended all the way... flavor was there though! The store itself looks like it would be a great hang out for kids, and they have so many cool items to buy... the smell was too dense for us to stay and enjoy inside.
