I've been going to this shop every day after school it's one of the fondest memories I have as I child the one problem I have always had is that the vanilla ice cream does not give off vanilla. I love all the drink but to get the perfect amount of vanilla I always have to ask for a scoop blended and a scoop on top and most of the time I don't have the energy nor the money for I have to drink a vanilla less boba. I'm lactose and the milk alternatives they have for fresh milk boba is my go to. I enjoy the different topping options and sweetness levels. I believe all the Sharetea's i've gone to are owned the the same person (Hercules,Fairfield, Vallejo) and they usually never disappoint. The shows and or music they have playing are always fun to watch/listen to when it's busy and i'm waiting for my drink. I hope they start giving out more stickers again :( read more

This place is just beyond awesome if I could give double five stars I would. So far I've been there about four times every single time has been an amazing experience. The employees are very friendly, helpful and patient. There's a young gentleman by the name Sean that works there ( I sure hope I spelled his name correctly lol) and he is super sweet and kind. He's always extremely patient with me because I'm so picky when it comes to what I order it literally takes me almost 30 minutes to make a decision just absolutely ridiculous I know ‍. Im not picky with flavor but just the amount of sugar that I consume, although I know I shouldn't be drinking it at all LOL however every once in a while you have to treat yourself right and I'd rather go here than to a fast food place ( I hate fast food by the way). Sean always recommends the best drinks for me to try and I just tried the mojito for the first time and I'm literally in heaven. When I go back I'm definitely going to order a different flavor. The fruit tea they made for me was outstanding as well. This place has more than exceeded my expectations and honestly my favorite bubble tea place in the whole Solano county area maybe even beating several other bay area competitors. I will definitely keep going back to this location as long as they stay in business. Sharetea is now open in Fairfield! Its unfortunate that they had to open during this time, but hopefully they'll still get the love and support that they deserve! They're very active on social media so I like that I can keep tabs on current promos/discounts and info. Currently they are only accepting online orders. I actually really like the idea of this and makes me want to support and utilize more. This option really protects their staff and gives patrons like me a peace of mind knowing that my drinks are coming from a safe place. Super duper easy to order online. You don't even have to go in (and they highly recommend that you don't) to the store until you receive a text saying that your order is ready. Great tasting drinks all around. The only thing that I didn't like is the fact that they used smoothie lids instead of sealing the drinks like other boba places. It's fine for me, but a mess when it comes to my two young kids. They still tend to tilt their drinks a little even when drinking from a straw so the open top allows the drink to spill out. Maybe something for them to consider in the future? read more

I'm glad I tried Sharetea again as I had an okay experience once at their Concord location and never went back since - their customer service was awful and treated me as if I had no idea on what boba was. Anyways, Fairfield location - welcome! I'm so glad we have something in the area other than Quickly. My daughter had her favorite - the jasmine tea with pearl; sharetea's jasmine is just the original which would be regular black tea. I like trying new items so I opted for their "Hawaii Fruit Tea" - if you like acidy kind of sour, this might be for you! It was good but I wouldn't order it again. It's always helpful to lookup their menu as they have so many items and flavors to choose from - especially during these times you don't want to hold up the line with a limited amount of people being let in. We were anxiously awaiting the opening of this Sharetea since it's right in our neighborhood! What a pleasant surprise to see them opened last week! We've gone three times already and I have to say it's definitely going to be our families go to! The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I love Sharetea! I drive across town for it despite other options being closer. It's worth it! The workers are always working hard and friendly. They also have a great variety of options so you can get something new every time if desired. They limit the amount people that enter, their stations are set up with plexi glass which is nice. After you order, you step outside and they text you when your drink is ready. The whole process was super organized and streamlined. I was really comfortable the entire time I was there. I ordered two drinks... 1.) Strawberry Blended which was delicious. The lychee jelly on the bottom made me smile and the scoop on ice cream on top made me giddy with happiness. 2.) Taro milk tea with pudding. This drink was for my husband who is SUPER picky. He absolutely enjoyed his drink. So much so he finished his before me. He did say he could probably do without the pudding next time but that's really a minor gripe considering his pickiness. So glad Sharetea has a location in Fairfield! Prior to this new location I would always drive to Concord then the Vallejo spot opened up, then Fairfield opened it just kept getting better because it kept getting closer to me! I always order the classic milk tea with black tea w/ extra pearl! Share tea legitimately shuts down all other competitors in my opinion, their drinks are fresh and their tapioca pearls are still warm when I receive my drink! It's as fresh as it can get compared to Quickly, T4 and other boba spot competitors around and you can taste the difference in the boba! Since Covid's hit I figured ordering online was a safer way to place my order as oppose to ordering indoors. Today, unfortunately I had to come in due to an error ordering online which the system would not allow me to use my loyalty rewards. It accepted my phone number, but did not allow me to fully process my transaction, which then resorted me having to walk into the store. I'm glad this store was allowing customers to come in and I applaud the staff and the facility for keeping to safety measures and protocol. I had Connor assisting me the entire time with the situation and was very helpful and apologetic for the mishap and error I kept getting while trying to process my transaction online. I was able to get my drinks and my free drink due to my rewards and Connor C. ensured me that he would bring this system error up with his boss. WORST SHARETEA EVER! Avoid this place! The female worker was so rude! We stood there for at least 15 minutes holding our puppy only to be told "NO PETS!" with the most angry look. She wasn't even polite about it and there were no signs posted. If it was store policy, then post a sign or at least let us know as soon as we walk in and not 15 minutes later when we're about to order. I am so disgusted by the staff here. Good luck to them. Despite what google says this place is open! Milk tea/boba spots in and around Fairfield are known to be lacking when compared to many other cities. For years we only had Quickly which is known to be pretty so-so. I was so excited when T4 finally showed up a few years ago, but within my first few visits there I had such negative experiences I vowed to never return. For the past few years any time I needed a boba fix I'd drive all the way to Peace Love Boba over in Vacaville. Now we finally have a great option in Sharetea! I got the Thai pearl milk tea and it was delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to learn their drinks are either dairy free or can be modified to be dairy free! The tea itself was your standard Thai tea, however the boba was perfect. Chewy and lightly sweet, not too soft or too hard with the perfect amount of chew. I give Sharetea 5 stars for being the only actually good stand-alone boba shop in Fairfield (i.e. not counting restaurants that also serve boba). Also for having nice staff! Here's hoping they keep up the good work and stay around! read more
