This been my 3rd time at Sharetea but this is my 2nd time at this location. As for my first visit I came here b4 their grand opening and the speed and time wait was fine about 5-8mintues I would have to say it's okay good but too too sweet for my liking, I order the winter melon creama. The person who made my drink seem very instruction to explain me how to used the knife to be able to taste my drink due to form. The 2nd visit the wait was kinda a long wait about 20-30mins, after the grand opening within two weeks. I just feel like other customers should think and order in advances instead holding up the line or at least have at least two to three more registers to keep the line flow quickly. Anyway this visit I asked for 30% sweet level for my coffee milk tea and I would say this is the best sweetness for myself. read more

This'll sound super biased, but Sharetea as a chain is right where these stars are meant to be: close-to, if not smack-dab in the middle of the Bay Area Boba ladder. ... But I guess when this area is still burgeoning with it's pretty (unwanted) Yay Area transplants, it'll have to suffice. I can mouth off a handful of tea shops out of that league in terms of milk tea, but that wouldn't be fair to Sharetea or my newly rooted B-town ex-coworker. A lot to take in huh? Short and sweet this location has ways to go as a new store. Gonna take a lot of experimenting with the already vast menu in terms of sweetness, ice, and topping varieties--and that can take months if you don't know what you're doing. I really like sharetea because of the drink size and their fruit teas are really good. I always get the passionfruit mango green tea, 80% sweetness and light ice with boba. They give generous amounts of toppings and do a good job with the service. I also love the smell of the shop when you walk in. It's in a cute mall and is easy to find. The prices recently increased, so that is a downside. read more

One of my favorite bubble tea shops in the PDX area! I haven't gone into the shop but have had drinks from Sharetea. I've only had the classic black tea w/boba, lychee jelly, pudding (not all at once). The milk tea is fresh along with the boba. One of these days, I will go to the shop but it's challenging with twin infants. Sharetea is in Beaverton at the Cedar Hills Crossing. There is ample parking and other shops in the complex. My sister and I went to try something new. My sister is from out of town so I was showing her around. The cashier was super nice and friendly. She couldn't hear our order so I stepped over the line and quick got yelled at by the worker behind her who was literally hovering over the cashier shoulder. The cashier just dropped her like she was embarrassed. I felt bad for her. The drinks were ok. After that you still have to step up to pay, so it's like what's the point of standing behind the line if I have to come up to you pay anyways. Don't think I'll be back. AMAZING. So many options. And you can adjust ice, sweetness and all that jazz. I've been trying a new one every time I go and haven't been let down yet. So many drinks to choose from! I enjoy the menu layout, it makes ordering a tad less stressful. I do wish they'd have explanations of what exactly is in the drink/what the flavor is for people who aren't familiar with the taste of something like "hokkaido". Or the difference between the Crema on top or the milk tea... Apparently hokkaido is like a strong milk and caramel taste, and the milk is fresh milk, the crema is some sort of salty cream. Also the ice cream option is real icecream, not an icecream bubble like a "pudding" bubble. This stuff confuses me, lol. But the drinks are fun. And the staff is very friendly and helpful! I think it's great you can option out of sugar content by 50%, 30%, 0% - just make sure you realize there's sugar in those bubbles! read more

Their drinks are generally pretty consistent. The crema does very a lot depending who is working. Sometimes it so thin and other times it thick or no flavor. The parking is good at this location since it shares a huge lot with other businesses. The line can be long during summer. Otherwise it is not too long of a wait for drinks. I don't get their boba toppings so no comment on that. The milk tea and classic coffee are good. The wintermelon tea is a pass, it tastes pretty fake. read more

My absolute favorite boba! I'm so glad that Portland finally got a sharetea so now I don't have to go up to seattle for it any more. All the drinks I've had there are really good but my favorite is the Okinawa 80% with boba and grass jelly. The coffee crema, Black tea crema and green milk tea are also really good! Did not have strong essence of tea of which business claims to use loose leaf teas. Non-dairy creamer was extremely overpowering. Too much ice and stingy on toppings. The two guy owners needs to read handbook on customer service, I recommend one way to start is to welcome customers by acknowledging them. Note to this ShareTea: not all customers are tweens or young teens... a simple smile from staff and owner might help them especially when taking your money. Owners need realize there are other better competitor less than a mile away. Even after requesting a remake of my order (after owner tried to charge again), I determined this place was not meant for high class boba tea drinkers and rather spend my time and calorie consumption at the bubble shop down the street. I've always loved Sharetea abroad and in Seattle. So glad this one opened up in Beaverton! They move quickly and the line is never long when I visited. Their creama is the best in town, and I love that their selection is consistent with their menu abroad (in Asia) too. As far as toppings go, you get to choose regular boba, mini boba, pudding, red bean and jellies. The mini boba is unique, I don't think any other boba shops in town actually does that yet. It's my personal favorite. They have a stamp card (Buy 10, get 1 free), so take advantage of that! Overall the pricing for a drink is about average, $4-5 per drink and additional $0.50 for toppings. read more

Very good bubble tea. My friend and I got the matcha crema and the coco crema, both were yummy. The boba was fresh, which is super important. Like many boba places you can specify sugar, ice, and toppings. They also have an extensive menus with many choices. The only downside is that this place doesn't have snacks. However, it's in the Cedar Hills Crossing mall so there are a bunch of options for food if you're feeling hungry. The cool thing about this place is that they have some games on a side shelf so if you plan on sticking around and drinking your tea then you can play games too! read more

Came through for their soft opening! WARNING pretty busy right now, so make sure you plan accordingly when you go. The interior is very nice and spacious. We all ordered coffee milk tea, taro milk tea and classic milk tea. We all got bubbles with our drinks. I love the fact that you can pick the sweetness for some drinks and you can also pick the amount of ice you want. Their bubbles were nice and chewy and sweet. I don't really care for plain bubbles so I like theirs. Everyone's drinks was delicious. I wish it was closer so that I can try more drinks from here. Maybe they should consider an intercom or showing order numbers on the left tv screen? That screen isn't being used and just displays the name sharetea on it. I've been coming here pretty consistently for the last year or so ever since I moved closer to the Cedar Hills area, and still come over even after having moved away! The consistency of quality in their tea is amazing, which is why I keep coming back. I've never had a bad experience here because of the employees. I went just earlier today, they were very busy and someone I guess mistakenly took my drinks, but the employees were quick to kindly remake the drinks for me. All the employees are super nice and give good recommendations, not just their "popular drinks", but I usually get the matcha with fresh milk or the fresh milk family. Love them! read more

One of the best boba/bubble tea places in Oregon. As a San Francisco native, I neeeeeeed my boba, especially from Boba Guys. I was pretty bummed when I couldn't find a good spot to get my fill since BG isn't in Portland yet, but ShareTea came to the rescue and all is right in the world. Feels like the more I go the more disappointed my wife gets. The boba is always rock hard in the center. My wife's order turned out they made it non-dairy and it did not taste good at all (apologies to lactose-intolerant reviewers). HOWEVER, I do enjoy their creama drinks and their black milk teas. When I heard Sharetea was opening, I was pretty excited considering how popular it is in Seattle and now we have one in Beaverton! I visited during soft opening and the line was pretty long, but it was sure worth the wait. The menu is vast and they all look promising. I almost went with classic or something familiar I had before, but ended up trying something new. I selected the Matcha Creama and I was mind blown by how amazing it tasted. The drink was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Serving size is justified for the price and I will be back to try EVERYTHING else on the menu. read more

I was really excited for Sharetea to finally come to Oregon after hearing rumors and news about it coming here over the summer 2018. I have tried it when I was in Washington with friends and was one of my favorites bubble tea place to go to. It really amazes me to see how boba shops are slowly coming in Oregon. I have lived in Oregon for majority of my life and I can remember that there would be one boba shop close by, and it wasn't that popular before. Really excited to see more new boba shops popping in I assumed it would be packed because it was a Sunday and typically weekends would be super busy but it wasn't not so much. The cashier was super great and helpful, and happened to be a customer at my work (From KungFuTea). I love that majority of the drinks can adjust the sweetness level by your preference. I was happy to see the top drinks as well so you know what to get and such and the menu was straightforward. The cashier was in the back where customers can pick up their drink and asked how long it took to get the drinks in which took an hour or less. Despite that, it was a soft opening and I definitely understand that they just opened up the shop so it'll take time and knowing how they do their best to make the drink perfect so please be patient and mindful on that! My family and I were super satisfied with our drinks, and customer service was great! Looking forward for the grand opening with the full menu! read more

I came during the middle of a weekday and while it was busy, the wait was doable. Despite being brand new, the staff was very knowledgeable and the drinks came out fairly quick. I ordered the winter melon green tea creama with aiyu jelly and boba. The cream on top is delicious: sweet and salty with a slightly cheesy taste. It was perhaps a bit rich for my tastes (it got to be a little much by the end of the drink), but my husband loved it. The boba here is cooked well, but is a bit on the soft side. The topping options are great; there's plenty of customization options to choose from. Not that many places offer mini pearls, so they have that market covered. I'm excited to come back and try the other flavors. The list of flavors is a bit long and overwhelming compared to other places, but that means there's more to try. read more

Let's make it short. Services was good alone with clear signage for social distancing rules. Extremely clean and "empty",which kind of makes you feel safe during covid. However, I think the sweetness level was off. I preferred no sugar added since boba and Aiyu jelly already soaked with sugar anyway. Overall 5/5 for servies and environment, 4/5 for tea. At least I never had any taste issues with this particular store so far. read more

This location is on point EVERY SINGLE TIME and I go in A LOT...like multiple times a week sometimes, lol! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. You can tell management has it together because they have a good system down, they're efficient so even when there's a long line they get people in and out quickly, and they always get our drink orders right. The drinks and texture of the toppings are always consistent and they aren't stingy with their toppings either. I always make it a point to stop by this location if time permits even though it's a 10 minute longer drive for us than the Lake Oswego location. They're the best! : ) read more

Coffee Milk tea is my go to, a great balance between coffee and tea flavors, creamy and smooth. My first experience, I ordered blended 100% milk tea with lychee and boba which cause me to only drink a little bit of it and throw due to it being too sweet. I figured I would give sharetea another try again within a week. There was no line due to the fact that we came on a week day! Second experience, I ordered classic milk tea 30% with lychee and boba which was ok. I was not impressed by the taste. :( It tasted kinda thick for me. The line of course was long because we came on a weekend where it was really busy! Prefer to still go to 5 flavors since that is STILL my all time favorite. We love the owners there! Yes finally another favorite of mine from Orange County, now up here!! The happy milk is one of my favorites. Love all the Combos and the ability to change the level of sweetness in each drink. I like 30% sweet. Definitely a treat for every now and again since it's calorie heavy I'm sure. You can get standard bubble tea with jellies anywhere but you can tell it tastes fresher here. I was charged because the person taking my order misunderstood me. I never once mentioned the word substitute or replace, and yet I was charged 3 times for a mistake they made. They didn't add egg pudding when my cup states "with egg pudding". (They changed our cup many times). We also clarified which version of the taro drink we wanted.
