The rains revealed a leak on our roof above the garage. After the rain stopped, I sent a message to Mark Lewis roofing. The next day, I got a call from Mark to set up an inspection and estimate. He came out early at 10am to climb on my roof. He immediately saw the problem and recommended the fix with an estimate. It wasn't terribly expensive (considering the damage a leaky roof can cause) so I set up an appointment to get it fixed the next day. He mentioned that a crew would be at my house at 8am in the morning to fix it. They came earlier than that (7:30am) and proceeded to fix the problem. More rain came a few days later so I could immediately tell if the problem was fixed. It was. So, I'm happy everything is fixed. Things went smoothly and there were no problems. I love dealing with companies like this: Fast, easy to work with, no BS, and very professional. If I have a leak again on my roof, I will certainly call them again. They are awesome.

I purchased a roof tuneup which included fixing any concerns with the roof for example slipped tiles, broken tiles, patching any holes and resealing the air vents. Mark and his team were reliable, punctual and professional. They also replaced the wood siding on my chimney due to water damage. They were able to match the original paint color of the home. We are so happy with his service and can't thank him enough for giving our family peace of mind!

The cement came out really nice, the overlay came out good, but we had to restain a few spots and one of the patches looks off. Victor left us some stain so that we could redo it. The firepit came out really nice! Can't beat the price, it looks really nice again!

From the estimate process all the way through to the last touches, I am happy to say I now have a…read moredrainage company that I know and can trust! Their estimator, Foster, was alongside me throughout the job process with any questions or concerns that I had. Before the job even began, he ran through several scenarios with me and was very patient. He understood my objectives both as they related to aesthetics and my pocketbook. In the end, we came up with a plan that was viable and as aesthetically pleasing as could be managed given the situation. Once the job began, the primary person of contact shifted to Julio, one of their project managers. He was on property every day supervising and working alongside his crew. The crew was very polite, hard-working and friendly. They were very well supported by Julio. This may seem like a given, but often it is not so it did stand out to me. Once all of the work was done, Julio gave me a final walk-through, showing me how the various components function and made certain that I did not have any lingering questions. I think there were two follow up visits after the work was completed in order to accomplish this. There was no point along the way where I felt like they were taking shortcuts, using materials that were inferior quality, or anything of that nature. Their concrete cuts were incredible, and I have seen some really bad cuts in my past. And they did a beautiful job with brick work, including redesigning some curved areas of brick that needed to be removed during the job. Veronica in the office was very helpful as well. All in all, having my work done by Professional Drainage Experts was a very positive experience and I give a hearty recommendation to them!

It's rare to find a company that combines professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine client care this well, I am a solicited agent once through a lot of companies who didn't follow up with what they preached. They were on time, highly knowledgeable, and communicated everything with clarity and intention. Most importantly, they gave my clients peace of mind--which is invaluable in this process. I would confidently recommend them. Thank you I'm looking forward to using them soon.

When we…read moreagreed on a date and time, he either showed up real late, like near dark or the next day to work on the roof. He worked on our roof two or three times, but we were still getting leaks in the same area of our roof. With his last visit, he assured us that we don't have to worry about leaks anymore and to trust him. Guess what? Our roof is STILL leaking after this past Easter weekend storm, Same area that he accused me of being paranoid of. We had enough and did not want him to come back so we hired another roofer to do an inspection. The new roofer found quite a few shocking things: First, the area that Sal worked on, the tiles were not nailed back in which can cause more leaks and also can be dangerous if high winds were to slide these loose tiles off the roof. Many of the nails were found on my roof. Second, the edge of the new underlayment near the ridge (top of the roof) was just placed over the old underlayment above , not placed over the ridge or at a bare minimum, it SHOULD be tucked under the old underlayment above it. So basically, water will just run under the new underlayment! Last, some of the nails that hold the new underlayment were not nailed all the way in which of course can let water in the nail hole. I forgot to mention, he used so much concrete for the ridge cap that the excess poured down the other side of my roof leaving a cement colored trail. Based on all the positive reviews here, I thought I made the right decision hiring him but it looks like we got the short end of the stick. Lesson learned.
