NEMA Roofing - NEMA Roofing Solutions

The garage stayed noticeably cooler with the full ridge vent so yay! The job took 4-days, really 3.5-days with the first 0.5 being a crew who peeled off the old shakes the first day and some supply delivery. 2nd was delivering more supplies, checking for dry rot, replacing as needed, and starting the plywood, and waterproofing. 3rd was shingling and gutters (separate crews), 4th finishing everything up including painting the vents to match with the new roof. Very efficient and well cleaned up after.

We recently hired NEMA Roofing Solutions to work on our tile roof, and I can confidently say this…read morewas one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Originally, we contacted them hoping to do a spot repair. What really impressed me was that Adam and his team refused to do it. They explained clearly that a spot repair would not be a real solution and would likely fail again. They could have easily taken our money, but instead they were honest and upfront about what actually made sense long term. That level of integrity is rare and immediately set them apart After walking us through the condition of our roof, they recommended replacing the entire section. At first, it felt like a bigger decision, but once everything was explained, it made complete sense. The tile roof was over 30 years old, and doing the job correctly meant addressing the full area rather than applying a temporary fix. We moved forward with their recommendations and are very glad we did.. It's also worth mentioning that NEMA Roofing Solutions is not the cheapest option and that's actually a good thing. You truly get what you pay for. You're paying for experiences, proper advice, quality materials, skilled workmanship, and a company that stands behind what they do. They focus on doing the job right, not cutting corners or offering quick fixes that don't last. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of our property, and the job site was kept clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Adam was always available to answer questions and explain the processes , which made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. The finished roof looks great, and we also received a full warranty, which gave us peace of mind knowing the work is properly backed. Based on our experience, it's easy to see why NEMA Roofing Solutions has such a strong reputation. If you're looking for a roofing company that values honesty, quality, and long term solutions over cheap pricing, I highly recommend NEMA Roofing Solutions. We're extremely happyy with the result and would absolutely use them again!!!

They even painted my evae for free (I provided the paint) that had rotted and they replaced. Will hire again for any future roof issues. I don't recommend UEC for work needed promptly or for confidence of a job done well. They were a…read morehigher price than others but I went with them based on reviews which was a huge mistake. TL;DR: My $6K repair project was mismanaged--slow to start, abandoned halfway, then billed, with no oversight or communication and was gaslit in the process. The work doesn't match the contract or our verbal agreements, as pipes and satellites remain on the roof. That said, I am not confident in the quality of what was done. TL; Want to Read?: The project started 2-3 months after signing the contract (a crew just randomly showed up one day unannounced) then was left unfinished and fell completely off their radar for 5 weeks - in the May rain and all. I was billed without any confirmation the job was done, and only after I requested a walkthrough did a crew show up and work the full day without letting me know --proving it wasn't complete. Then left at the end of the day without any communication if it was done or if they needed to come back. When I was billed again, I asked for a walkthrough to double check everything done (I could see the satellites and piping that was supposed to come off)- I was told they don't do walkthroughs to verify work was done for repairs. Apparently, even if $6,000 repairs, don't warrant that luxury - Or if they lost complete oversight of your job. Eddie, the project manager, only contacted me when it was time to collect payment. He also lied about speaking during project set up (I was told he was going to reach out for scheduling and deposit but that never happened. People literally showed up out of nowhere) while threatening a lien on my property before coming to verify the job was finished. When we met in person, It was clear he was unaware of the details of the signed contract and blamed the sales rep for writing the scope. He also promised the crew would return that same day to remove satellite dishes since the workers and Lauren in accounting previously agreed to remove--then ghosted the moment he got the check. Worst managed project I've ever dealt with.
