It turns out All Prime just didn't fix the original leak all the way--they stopped their repair just a foot away from where the actual damage continued. Once I had the solar panels removed to allow full access to the roof, Johnny returned and thoroughly inspected the area. They replaced some broken tiles and blamed the leak on the skylight, but we found out the leak underneath the tiles was never fixed. It cost 2k and they didn't respond when we mentioned the roof was still leaking.
