Great company to work with. The cleaning by the plumbers was exceptional. Cleaning by the drywall crew was good.

I really appreciated that he gave me several options to consider instead of pressuring me into one solution. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. Since I know very little about how HVAC systems work, he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand--almost like he was teaching an elementary school student, but in the best way possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Thank you, All City, for sending someone with Sky's expertise and valueto my home. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend both him and All City!

I called All City Plumbing, Air and Electrical because I had diagnosed that my furnace's blower…read moremotor and capacitor needed to be replaced. Jonathan came out and confirmed that that was indeed true. Everything seemed to be going well. Jonathan was very friendly and polite. When it came time for the estimate, he told me it was going to be just under $3,000. That seemed like quite a lot to me for just changing out a blower motor and a capacitor. He also told me that my Rheem furnace couldn't take just any old blower motor and he had to order one special. He said that his company doesn't deal with Rheem because their parts are hard to get. I reluctantly agreed to the repair, which he said would probably take place the next day. Later, he called and said the part wasn't going to arrive for a whole week. This was during one of the hottest weeks of the year in Southern California and I certainly didn't want to be without air conditioning, which runs through my furnace and needs the blower motor. I asked him what my other options were. He told me the only other option I had was to get a whole new system. He explained that he could install the system in only 2 days time or I could wait a whole week and have him repair the blower motor. He also mentioned a 10 year warranty with 1 or 2 years of service from his company. I asked him about the brand and quality of the Furnace that he intended on selling me, which was going to be almost $8,000. He told me it was better than my current system brand and I asked to get it in writing so I could do some research. After not receiving anything in writing I called his company and requested the same thing from them. Shortly after the conversation with his company I received an email specifying the make and model of the new furnace. I researched online and discovered a few interesting things. Number one, Jonathan had lied to me about Rheem parts. I found out from my online research that Reem takes Universal parts and I would not have had to wait until the next week to receive a blower motor that would fit. I also discovered that blower motors and capacitors cost nowhere near $3,000 to install. And finally, the brand of the new furnace that was recommended by Jonathan was nowhere near the quality of the Rheem furnace that I already owned. I canceled the job immediately with the company and again with Jonathan when he called me to find out what was going on. I am still waiting for my refund on the deposit! My contractor friend and I went to an HVAC store and purchased a universal blower motor and capacitor for $180... and installed it ourselves in a couple hours. The system is working perfectly. I don't recommend this business at all. I'm completely confused on why they have such a good rating on Yelp, which is why I picked them to begin with. This was a clear case of trying to take advantage of an old lady in a wealthy neighborhood. Shame on them!! Update: I received a full refund of my deposit and the service fee was completely waived. I got a nice apology from the owner and a manager.

It sure is hard to find an honest plumber these days (what with bad inflations and the spiraling…read moreeconomy) but if you are reading this review, you may consider giving Advance Plumbing a call. Miguel and his crew came by this morning as we had a bad smell coming from our 2020 remodeled bathroom and kitchen area. Wasting no time at all, his guy went into the crawl space and identified the leak. Fixed it within an hour and gave me DIY information on how to get rid of the smell and flush out the bacteria from the sitting drain water under the house. I really appreciate him trying to help me save money by recommending items I can buy on my own from Home Depot to remedy the situation. Any other plumber would offer additional expensive cleanup services to charge me more money, but not Miguel. Miguel is truly a stand up guy and an honest plumber! He's knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and does not employ greedy tactics like so many repair people I have unfortunately let into our home. I know I have written several positive reviews on him already but I am also a sincere Yelper (lol, I do write bad reviews when warranted. i really tell it like it is!! ). Trust me, he's the plumber you should call if you need one. You are taking a chance if you call anyone else.

They are always responsive, and their plumbers are friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. The work is done properly, and they always make sure everything is cleaned up when they're finished. Scott himself is also very knowledgeable and helpful. When we had water damage related to the water heater, he provided great advice on dealing with the insurance claim and made sure everything was well documented, which was extremely helpful. It's been nice having a plumbing company we can rely on. We've been very happy with their service and would definitely recommend Scott Cole Plumbing.

My line was backed up to our cleanout well that held about 20 gallons. I called Scott Cole for the locality and family owned operation. I support small business. They came out in about 2 hours. Chris and Joe were my techs and gave me excellent service, great feedback and advice to make my lines better for the future and were just good guys. We had to sump dump the fluids first, then the line opening showed up and we snaked from the line to the street and the line to house. They did it twice in both directions to give me that peace of mind. I don't know plumbing and they did show me a picture of what how my connection was configured. I wish I would of asked for that picture. Please send if you see this. I want to make that correction in the future and extend my cleanout about 6 inches in height. Please give me a quote for that service?
