Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

Thank you, Mike and Shane, for the incredibly quick turnaround and for treating the situation with such urgency. I was freaking out! Miguel and his crew came by this morning as we had a bad smell coming from our 2020 remodeled bathroom and kitchen area. Wasting no time at all, his guy went into the crawl space and identified the leak. Fixed it within an hour and gave me DIY information on how to get rid of the smell and flush out the bacteria from the sitting drain water under the house. I really appreciate him trying to help me save money by recommending items I can buy on my own from Home Depot to remedy the situation. Any other plumber would offer additional expensive cleanup services to charge me more money, but not Miguel. Miguel is truly a stand up guy and an honest plumber! He's knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and does not employ greedy tactics like so many repair people I have unfortunately let into our home. I know I have written several positive reviews on him already but I am also a sincere Yelper (lol, I do write bad reviews when warranted. i really tell it like it is!! ). Trust me, he's the plumber you should call if you need one. You are taking a chance if you call anyone else.

5 stars. Elias provided exactly the kind of service I want from a home service technician:…read moretechnical, evidence-based, safety-focused, and without the feeling that he was trying to sell me something. This was preventative heating maintenance included with Henley's annual plan. Elias took detailed photos of items that could become issues over time and, after discussing my situation, helped prioritize what was actually important versus what could reasonably wait. He explained the root causes, showed me the evidence behind his recommendations, and even cleaned items he noticed during his inspection. As an engineer, I particularly appreciated his approach. I've worked with plenty of contractors where recommendations can feel commission-driven. I never got that impression from Elias. His focus was clearly on safety, technical reasoning, and helping me understand the system so I could make informed decisions. He also mentioned some additional services Henley's is preparing to offer--ironically, services I had recently been looking to hire someone else for. I had previously canceled my annual Henley's plan because I wasn't convinced I was getting the full value, particularly with a tankless water heater. Elias singlehandedly has me reconsidering that decision. He wore booties, cleaned up after himself, and left me feeling confident about my heating system heading into the colder months. I'll absolutely use Henley's again, and I would specifically request Elias.

Absolute Lifesaver! Highly Recommend David and Henley's Plumbing!…read moreOn Saturday afternoon, my toilet clogged, and every local plumbing company was fully booked. Luckily, I called Henley's Plumbing, and they managed to schedule a technician to arrive by 6:00 PM. Since it was late on a Saturday, I didn't expect much, but David and another team member arrived exactly on time. After diagnosing the issue, they had to remove the toilet and discovered that tree roots were causing the clog. Since the toilet was out, I decided to replace both toilets in my house. Despite the late hour, David and his partner went out to purchase the new toilets, cleared the root clog, and stayed until 10:00 PM to finish the entire installation. I was amazed by their willingness to stay so late on a weekend just to ensure my family had working toilets. To make things even better, David promised to return on Monday with a camera to inspect the pipes for cracks. True to his word, David showed up on Monday with two other team members. Fortunately, there were no cracks, but to my absolute surprise, they did not charge me for this follow-up camera service!
