After contacting my home warranty company about a suspected slab leak, I was connected with Halo Plumbers--and I'm so glad I was. Cristian arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, we did have a slab leak, but Christian's approach was thoughtful and efficient. Instead of cutting into multiple walls and creating unnecessary damage, he offered a cleaner solution by running new flexible piping through the existing line. This minimized disruption to our home and saved us from a much bigger mess. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to detail. While the repair wasn't cheap, the quality of work and care taken made it worth every penny. I'll absolutely be calling Halo Plumbers for any future plumbing needs around the house. Armando is the best! After Christmas dinner, we were cleaning up the kitchen and I walked by the closet where the water heater is contained and I heard running water. To my whore, I saw that my 20-year-old water heater hatched on the lake and was leaking all over the floor of the closet. I shut off the water and I immediately put in a service request through my home warranty. To my wonderful surprise, they assigned Halo plumbing as the technicians and Armando was assigned to the job. Halo responded to my house the next day at the indicated time that they said they would and Armando started the job. From the moment he walked into my house until he left six hours later with a job completed he was beyond professional. He explained everything in detail there was no upsell or scare tactics, trying to get me to buy into something that I didn't need. I was very happy with the end result in the end product. I had hot water by the end of the evening and less than 24 hours after the problem occur. We had a leak in our kitchen sink and needed a new dishwasher installed. I contacted Cristian and he told me exactly what he was going to do and gave me an estimate. I had already contacted a few other plumbers prior to contacting Cristian, and his pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work he was going to do. On the day you the job he arrived on time and completed the job. We actually needed a longer drainage tube for the dishwasher install, so he came out the next week to install that at no extra charge. I would highly recommend his services to anyone! I've had alot of bad experiences with plumbers. Luckily it seems we've found a good one in Cristian and Halo Plumbers. read more
