Grateful there are no upsales and frills on what is needed to be done. Exceeded all expectation and fixed a clogged pipe in the secondary unit in the attic. Price was reasonable. I initially contacted Valentin to replace our HVAC and duct work. He responded quickly to our requests. I had also contacted about 4 other companies for an estimate, but they were all at least double the price than what VA quoted. The only difference between the other companies and VA was the timing in which the work was completed. The other companies reported from between 1 day and 3 days that the work would be completed. VA took a little over 1 week for the HVAC and duct work to be completed, but we were okay with that. VA and his crew were professional and courteous and we are pleased with the work completed. VA also provided an estimate for a vent to be installed in one of our bathrooms and a new electrical panel. We got all those upgrades done for less than 20k. I got say this company has very effective crew. I requested their service to come with a clogged kitchen drain the night before at 11:45 pm and they were at my front door by 9am. I was so impressed that I hired them again to come back and solve an air valve needed for my dishwasher and to install a ceiling fan. Needed a light fixture outlet moved to a new location so I could hookup a light vanity mirror. Received a few quotes that were similar in price but went with Vincent because when we spoke he was a lot more thorough than all the others. He took his time to explain and advised me on code for covering up the previous fixture outlet and with suggestions. All the others would have just let me violate code. That's a big deal for me. He also advised to check my new mirror to see if outlet would need to be recessed in order to plug it. The others would have just relocated it I would have ended up having to redo or be surpirsed with extra costs. He did that before he knew I was giving him the job. Price remained the same with all the advice as well. He came on time completed the job quickly and everything is great. Hard to find people who go above and beyond as a part of their service while still being very competitive with pricing.
