Chris Zobel and his employee, Justin, did an AMAZING job on our house electrical. We hired them to do remove the old knob and tube wiring and to do a full house rewire + sub-panel in the garage. I was very worried about damage to the lathe and plaster since every other company said huge chunks of plaster would have to be torn out and replaced. But Chris and Justin only made one SMALL incision (roughly 2"x6") that I was able to patch easily. Every other spot was either from the crawlspace or attic. Zobel Electric also gave me the best price by far (literally half the price other big company electricians quoted!!!) Chris did an amazing job for us. It started with a smell, smoke and breaker trip from an outlet on a Sunday evening. Chris answered our call and was here early Monday morning. First look it appeared to be a loose wire and he had things corrected and buttoned up in minutes. Forty-eight hours later we had similar circumstances and Chris was back immediately. After using a wire tracer not one burn, but three feet up the wall, another burn. Crappy craftsmanship at the original install 30 years ago eventually gave way to a very scary current circumstance. We were fortunate the fire burned itself out. Chris stayed with it, including investing in a special tracer to isolate the problem.
