Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. In short, there is a reason for all of the five star reviews, you will rate him with 5 stars as well when call him for service, I guarantee it!

We hired this electrician for several items during our move-in, including outlet work, lighting,…read moreand ethernet/WAP setup. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was lack of care for our home. No drop cloths were used, debris was left throughout the house, and cleanup was minimal. An outdoor trash can was brought inside and rolled across hardwood floors. Upstairs, dust and debris were left on carpet, in closets, and on bathroom floors. The job sites were consistently left messy at the end of each day. There were also multiple incomplete or questionable aspects of the work. The ethernet line in the bonus room was charged as a full install ($650), but the line was already present--this was only acknowledged after I raised it, and the explanation given was that the charge was for "testing." The WAP was not properly connected, and some outlets were left unfinished/dangling. For chandelier installs, drywall screws were used in base plates, which is not appropriate for final installation. Scheduling and communication were also problematic. On the day work was supposed to be completed (which required me to rearrange my work schedule, which he knew), the appointment was canceled that morning. A new availability was offered that conflicted with my schedule, despite that same day previously being unavailable. When I requested a partial refund for incomplete work, the response was that additional unbilled items offset the charges. That was not discussed in advance, and does not address the core concerns regarding workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. We ultimately hired another electrician to complete and correct the work so we could move in on time. While the cost itself was not the primary issue, the lack of attention to detail, respect for the home, and follow-through made this a poor experience overall. This was not the first time I remodeled a home, so I understand the unexpected, but given the overall experience being extremely substandard, I would not recommend this electrician.

Have finally finished with all the repairs and replacements (I hope, since the only thing left of the original house seems to be the studs in the walls and the two "original bathrooms"!), so this will be just one of my yelp reviews for several different contractors. I had a panel replaced, gutted a kitchen, moved lights, outlets, switches, kitchen hood vent, range, oven and fridge, added an attic vent fan and I am so please with the work! Very reasonable prices and they were on time for appointments, came equipped with all the parts and cleaned up when they were done. From the first appointment to the last plug installed, they were great to work with. What a great company!! I called because i was having issues with some outlets and light switches not working. I was told the earliest opponent they had was the following week. Not more than an hour later i received a call and was told they would be able to stop by today. Kyle and Jason showed up and in no time my problem was solved. The driver of your vehicle (white male with a full beard) with license plate #34683N1 not only almost caused an accident swerving into me, but cussed at me, threw his arms up and flipped the bird on the 15 South just before the 60 fwy around 4:45pm on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. I would NEVER use a company that represents themselves this way. What an embarrassment to represent your family-owned business. In fact, we asked him to replace an outdoor patio light bulb and he purchased a new light kit. Lyle kept haggling us when we asked how much the work would cost until I pinned him down to get an estimate which was quoted over fourteen hundred. After my husband freaked out, he reduced the price to half and halted all work. While he was disassembling items and packing up, my husband called me away for a short minute. I returned to see Lyle screwing a sub panel which is something that was not a part of the electrical work he was doing. Of course when we tried later in the day to turn on our lights in the backyard they did not come on. We called Lyle back and yep, the very panel he was tinkering with magically had a loose wire. It had been working fine before. The fountain outlet he relocated a few inches stopped working due to a loose wire. When installing a recessed light in the hallway, he mistakenly drilled a large hole into our bathroom. He'd made an arrangement with the painters to repair the hole at his expense since they were there working. Well he skipped out without paying the painters. Two days went by and the painters stated he wouldn't return their calls. When he finally responded back to my text, he stated he was in San Diego and not available. It took three missed times he said he would show up to finally pay them. Electrical is not something that should be played around with as it can lead to shock or a fire. I cannot express our displeasure and such disregard for our safety caused by such shoddy work.

Even from our quick conversation on the phone, he was able to give me a better idea of what was going on with my electricity than the other very expensive and general quotes from others to just "replace the entire panel". When he came out, within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and helped me call the city to get it fixed, even waiting for the city to arrive to make sure the information was conveyed correctly. It turns out it it was a less common electricity problem that only a pro would've been able to diagnose, so I'm super happy I called Corey when I did. Incredibly friendly, honest, fair, and helpful - definitely won't be using any other electrician going forward.

I was working with James through the whole process and he couldn't have been nicer. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be completed to fix the issue, what will happen if the issue isn't fixed, etc. After careful consideration, I went ahead with purchasing a 3.5 T unit for my upstairs. James always arrived on time including the day of installation. He made sure everything was working correctly and even came back the following day to add some more coolant (he ran out). I wasn't expecting or excited about this cost, but James and Jerry's made the process easy and quick. It could have been weeks without a/c for our upstairs, but it was only a couple of days. I recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a good, honest, reliable company.
