The maple cardamon was a great fall drink (definitely recommend it hot vs iced), but didn't really stand out to me in terms of flavor, it was also on the sweeter side but I expect that for specialty lattes. She noticed we were ordering drinks without dairy so she let us know when we added a foam that had dairy in it. This was so appreciated because my daughter has an allergy where she breaks out in painful rashes when she has even a small amount of dairy. Then on a different visit weeks later she noticed again we had ordered a beverage that contained a pumpkin foam and so she let us know it had dairy in it. Then she worked with us to create an alternate drink without any dairy. Most people just make whatever drink you order without question and often even when we emphasize our allergy, things get overlooked. It can be difficult to navigate when eating out but people like Eva make it so much more enjoyable.
