Excellent, quick "fun food" 'fast food' BBQ with well-prepared meats and sauces created by an…read moreexpert in Tennessee. The pulled pork slider had a pleasant amount of smokey pork, and the brisket slider transported me to another dimension with how tender and flavorful the brisket was. Both were generously-packed with a dark house BBQ sauce that was different than I've experienced before. I could speculate that there's some sort of soda or molasses rounding out the flavor profile. The only way I could see this elevated would be with some sort of light slaw to add a little texture and vegetables. An included side of chips was equally excellent. House-made from actual potato's, the chips had a pleasant crisp with a hint of what I could perceive as being a malt vinegar. $10 for this entire platter is a sound deal. Then, as I sometimes do, I turned a late lunch into my lunch/dinner for the day and took advantage of their $1 wings deal on Monday's. The minimum order is 12 wings, which ended up being the ideal amount since these were phenomenal. Smokey Sliders' wings are baked with ample seasoning and an impressively crispy, evenly-cooked exterior. The chicken inside was cooked absolutely perfectly, still smoking as I bit into them. I used each of their spicy sauces to cool the wings down: Maple Bourbon BBQ, Mango Habanero, and Pineapple Sriracha. My mouth is watering recollecting the flavors of these sauces: they were all top-tier sauces that are several notches above the standard BBQ sauce at a chain or even a hot sauce purveyor. The flavor notes were all prevalent, with plenty of maple syrup, mango, and pineapple notes respectively balanced well into a slightly-thickened sauce. These wings are top-tier, and some of the best I've ever had. The wings, paired with the sublime sauces, may even be better than the well-crafted sliders. It's served in a clean space with some seating for groups by a friendly owner. I was glad I used Yelp to lead me here instead of grabbing pizza, as I would otherwise have no idea, as the entirety of the meal was excellent. The quality, speed, and innovativeness of the sauces may make this an underdog in the BBQ scene within a few more seasons.

Do the St. Louis seem small, yes, that is why I dinged them. The baked beans are good. The coleslaw is good. I don't know if I will return. I wonder if they are really smoked on premises. Seems like they were reheated some how. Will I return ? I don't know. 1-Star Review Extremely Disappointed After Years of Loyalty…read more I've been a loyal McDonald's customer for over seven years, stopping by every morning without fail. But after a recent visit, I feel compelled to share a truly disappointing experience. I spent $12.99 on a breakfast meal, only to be handed a bagel that was so burnt, it looked more like a hamburger patty than something edible. It was completely inedible and clearly should have never been served to a paying customer. What made things worse? I reached out to McDonald's corporate AND filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau--and never received a single response. After years of trust and support, this lack of accountability is deeply frustrating. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect basic quality and the courtesy of a reply when a customer raises a valid concern. This experience has seriously made me rethink supporting this location--and possibly the brand as a whole. Do better, McDonald's. Your loyal customers deserve more than silence and burnt food. -- Jenifer M.

Not oily but crispy and not overly fried. The slaw provides a good counterbalance to the heaviness that typically comes with fried food. We also got the fried chicken, which was also super tender and kid friendly. We got the combo and the provided waffle fries were so addictive we couldn't stop eating it. It went well with the house dipping sauce. The biscuit from the combo was massive. Even though it looked big it wasn't dry. Add the honey butter to it and you got a real winner. Service was fast and attentive. The restaurant itself wasn't super big but there was enough seating for all. Next time im in the area I will be sure to swing by again.

When we picked up takeout the other night they mislabeled a few of our tacos but thankfully the order was correct. My go-to the order is the Baja mahi taco and the garlic shrimp taco. They give you a ton of chips with your order, so definitely not necessary to order extra, unless you want the almost famous salsa bar (which I will say is worth it...their salsa verde in particular is so good).

I stared right into her eyes as I walked in and greeted her with a smile and said hi. She just looked at me as if there was a fly on my forehead. I awkwardly stood there to read the menu and ended getting the mahi taco and the garlic shrimp taco all for a combo. Combo comes with nachos, beans and rice. I would skip this as the beans and rice were bland. They didn't add any seasoning but honestly it's kind of hard to mess rice and beans up. The chips were ok but you'd need queso cheese to compliment it which is extra. The mahi taco lacked so much flavor and the fried fish was cold. I was so disappointed but still ate since the food here wasn't exactly cheap either. Fortunately, the grilled shrimp was the come back for flavor here and saved the day. Maybe just don't order the fish from here? The chef was in an F it mood tonight? Who knows but lord knows I won't be making the same mistake twice. The salsa bar there was intriguing but the flavor and spice disappointed just like everything else on the menu. I don't think I would come back to surf taco. There's honestly so many family owned restaurants here that we'd rather support who puts more love into their food.
