Everything was normal at first till I got to the second window where the guy spoke as fast as he could and then slammed the door to where it bounced back open!? So I yelled back in asking if he could repeat himself and he comes back laughing saying "go to the reserved spot" as soon as I pull in the food is out. Not a big fan of fast food but once in awhile need a fix. This Wall location does a nice job in keeping the store clean and providing a decent dining experience. Based on the level of expertise and more importantly friendliness of the help, especially the inside counter help I would recommend them. Let me first start off by saying that I frequent that McDonald's because I have children that are in afterschool activities and they like to get a happy meal after they're done with their activity. Today I went through the drive-through and then the young lady took my order. I was trying to tell her my order and she continue to say is that it or you done it said it are you done I said ma'am I'm looking at the menu can you give me a minute whatever she said??? That being said, I ordered my food, which was 2 Big Mac meal a fish sandwich add ketchup, a double cheeseburger bundle meal. I also ordered a blue raspberry frozen drink. I was extremely disappointed. I usually don't take time out of my day to do a bad review, but this was unacceptable. First of all both Big Macs buns We're so hard that they were like crackers and that's no exaggeration. They must've put them on the grill they were crunchy. the fish sandwich had no ketchup as requested and probably had a good 4 tablespoons of tartar sauce on it. Then all french fries were under cooked by at least a minute if not a minute and a half because I work in a restaurant industry and they were pulled way too early. It was like mushy french fries with salt on them. and to top it off I ordered a double cheeseburger bundle deal which never was put in the bag?? The Young lady that took the order did not take enough time to echo the order, which is repeating the order to make sure it was correct, because she was in such a rush. I did pay for my food at the first window. The gentleman was very nice I get to the second window, and I repeat my order to the older Indian lady, and she said yes everything is in the bags. That being said I get home and I live in Farmingdale, which is down Belmar Boulevard everything was completely wrong. There was food missing, and it wasn't fit to eat. I then proceeded to call the store and an answering machine came on for the next 45 to 50 minutes so I gave up.. It's a shame because that McDonald's was considered one of the best in the area and for them to have such bad customer service and lack of accuracy was very disappointing. I am in the same industry. I understand that you're drive thru time is timed. But if you have to put your customers quality in service at risk to maintain a time limit, maybe something should be done about that.. But overall the biggest thing that got me upset was the girl who took the order did not echo the order to ensure accuracy when I said hello hello she was gone from the microphone then the lady who gave me the order of sure that everything was in the bag.. Go to the drive thru to order our food, order our food, pay and pull up to the window to pick up our food. The guy at the window basically throws our food at us and closes the window as quick as possible while my mother was trying to ask for Bbq sauce which we both like to dip our fries in. Once we get his attention the real joke begins. He tells us it's 15 cents for 2 bbq sauces that they now charge for sauces so we hand him a $1 bill to which he responds "I don't have change cause I don't have money in my register" my obvious response is "how can you charge us for anything if you don't have money in the drawer" (now it's over the principal of it you don't get to keep my 85 cents) he got annoyed and went to the register inside where he got my change. Only he didn't give me 85 cents back he gave me 70. When we asked about it he said "yea it's 15 cents per sauce" well that's not what you told us when we asked for 2 buddy. Horrible customer service! Locked the doors as we were walking in (before closing time). Two adult women (one in her 80s who needed to eat something before she passed out) and a child .... not like we were going to tear up the place or linger all night long like a bunch of kids. AND when I pulled up to snap a photo of the "Contact us with complaints" sign on the drive-thru window, the manager yelled to her fellow employees, "See? She's gonna call!" Of course I called. And the number was not in service! So I called Corporate. I think it was terrible that 1. they locked the door, 2. the manager was completely inappropriate to yell like that about us, and 3. they have a wrong number on their window, probably on purpose. went to McDonalds with a couple of my friends- horrible experience. the women at the window Megan, was extremely rude & visibly miserable. We needed a few seconds to look at the menu after pulling up, so i said just a sec please! and she goes "okay- just speak when you're actually ready to order". whatever, ignored it. then when i was ready, i was listing what i wanted to order, and took a second to pause, she concluded my order. i said i'm sorry i'm not done yet i have a few more things, she said "then order at the first window." WOW- I mean what else can you say about perfection?! My girlfriend and I tried the BTS meal for the first time today and we cannot stop thinking about it. I'm literally obsessed with BTS so it's no surprise that I have the same appetite as those studs. I plan on buying the BTS meal 7-15 times a week until McDonald's makes the colossal mistake of discontinuing it. I probably won't even eat them all. Maybe take a couple of bites and toss the rest? Honestly doesn't even deserve this 1 Star, so it's 11pm there's one hour left until it closes at 12am. I pull into the parking lot with my window rolled down and I see this employee in the corner of the parking lot. She sees my car and starts speed walking inside. As she's speed walking she keeps looking back at my car and right before she walks in the door I hear her scream out in anger/frustration "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?" I roll up to the drive through and she gives me the standard greeting but she sounds super annoyed. I ask if the ice cream machine is working cause you know I want a milkshake and I've been looking forward to it. She immediately snaps back and says "no it's not working!" So I say well then can I get a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. She responds with the same irritated tone "we're all out of egg" so then I respond with well then can I just get a sausage and cheese McMuffin and once again she snaps back and says "ok well that's gonna take like 4 minutes" completely annoyed/frustrated at this point I just say it's fine, whatever and I drive away. Smh this is the first time I've ever been treated like this at McDonald's, whoever this employee needs a lesson in customer service. This place has turned into a dive. I rarely ever go here anymore. It's not kept up. I have walked in and stepped on sticky floors. Oh and let's not forget one day I almost fell on my ass because it was wet. Due to inclement weather. I mentioned this to the cashier and a mgr came over and she just gave me a look as if she was annoyed at me and never cleaned it up. You could slide all over in the dining area.
