Soooooo yummy! First time at a shake shack and the experience was great! The food was fresh and tasty and the team was attentive and prompt. Love that it had patio seating to enjoy the weather. Did knock a star for pricing. I appreciate that the option sizes weren't insane, but smaller portion with higher price isn't really a value. I love and crave Shake Shack on a regular basis. This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at in Orlando/Winter Park. They have delicious burgers, cheese fries, lemonades, and shakes. Their Shack Burgers are mouthwatering, as is their shack sauce that goes on them. Their cheese fries are the best I have ever had in my entire life. They always have a unique and delicious flavor of lemonade. Their shakes are always made perfectly. They often partner up with local bakeries, like P is for Pie, to make their shakes and donate a portion of the purchase to a charity. I absolutely love everything about Shake Shack, and will never stop coming here. read more

Shake Shack is a very welcome addition to the Florida Mall food scene. Located off of the main food court area, this is more of a standalone place (although it is connected to a mall entrance). The place was busy when I went with my son on a Friday night. The staff had their hands full clearing tables and preparing food, but everything moved along expediently. The burgers were what I expect from Shake Shack, which in my opinion are on the higher end of the burger restaurants around town (Five Guys, Burger Fi, etc). They also have outdoor seating, which helps as the inside is a bit small for the location. The staff there were all quite friendly as well. I'm definitely a fan, and will be back when out by the Florida Mall. read more

Food is great, service is AMAZING! I was greeted in a friendly manner by nearly everyone I interacted with, and they anticipated my needs. Ex: I was in line to get refills and order dessert, and the person calling up guests for completed orders saw and invited me to give him my cups to refill so they would be ready after I ordered my dessert. Simple act, but impactful, and greatly appreciated. Even the busser came by and offered to take our tray and informed us to hang on to our empty drink cup to enjoy a free refill. Traveling from New Jersey to Florida to visit the Disney Parks, you always want to try and spend some time outside of the parks and get a true feel for Orlando, FL. I went to the Shake Shack near ICON Orlando 360, Madame Tussaud's and SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium and it was just a great place. The mall was amazing and gave me a break from the resort food which was nice. Shake Shack had the regular menu items which was great because it was what we're used to and the prices were affordable in comparison to dining at the resorts. The service could have been better as there wasn't a great deal of communication between the works in finding a table or where the high chairs were, but overall it was a great place to eat for a fast food place. Typically when I travel I like to try a variety of restaurants to dine in, but we enjoyed Shake Shack in Orlando so much we actually went back twice. The hamburger was one of the best burgers I have had anywhere. Tastes like a fresh beef burger grilled with the outside having those crispy bits that are irresistible while the inside is still soft and juicy. The burger was so well seasoned it almost verged on being salty, almost. On the fresh bun with the tomato, lettuce, and shack sauce with a super fresh tasting pickle it was perfect. I could not bring myself to order fries because, of course, I had to try a shake, but fortunately my friends had fries to share. The fries were traditional tasty crinkly cut fries that completed the meal. I would say next time I would order my own, but they all could not finish them so as long as someone at the table has an order, there are plenty to share. The shake of the day was the salted caramel shake, my favorite flavor. It does not look like a big cup, but if it were any bigger I could not have finished, as it was it was super filling. The frozen custard definitely has a creamier, richer texture than most ice cream shakes.The flavor was so amazing too, you could actually taste the salted caramel. So good! The next evening we needed a quick meal so came back in for the chicken sandwich. I would have liked a grilled version for less guilt, but the chicken sandwich comes as a fried filet and it was delicious. Again with the fresh soft bun and the tasty pickle, it was perfect. This time I tried it with the beer. Not much of the selection, but I was happy the beer was a lager so it suited me just fine. I wish they had a Shake Shack in my neighborhood, but just as well I have to drive a couple of hours to get one or I would put on some pounds here. I was pleased with the quick service and cleanliness of this restaurant at the Florida Mall too. Great place! read more

The best burger chain in town! I love shake shack... my go to - double shack burger was cooked to perfection! I was pretty sure I floated after taking the first bite... IT WAS JUST DELICIOUS. Besides the food, the best things about this location was how sweet the staff is! Everyone I interacted was super friendly. What a great experience! Ordered a a traditional Shackburger and crinkle fries. Food came out quickly. The burger was delicious. Since they are the smashed style burger the pattie is thin so if you're hungry you should definitely opt for a double. Fries were great and super crunchy without being dry. read more

this place sucks. pretty good food, but the fact that people compare this place to in n out is insane, at in and out you can get twice as much for a way cheaper price. i got a burger, fries and a milkshake for 24$. good if you're willing to pay the price. but it's more comparable to mshack than it is to in and out. doesn't even compare. burgers aren't as big and fries are bland. wouldn't waste the money. read more

This location of Shake Shack is great! My fiancé and I ordered a single and a double burger plus cheese fries. Nothing beats the delicious crispy crinkle cut fries with the amazing cheese sauce. I forgot how great the burgers were too! Service was great and fast, and the restaurant was very clean. Workers were very nice, one went around making sure everyone was good. The Shake Shack app did not find this place :/ We visited Friday around 2pm, and it was about 1/4 full. I got a cheeseburger on a gluten free bun. My friend got a regular bacon double cheeseburger. We split the cheese fries. We picked our freshly cleaned table and found it still sticky. But I guess it doesn't really matter since our food was brought on individual metal trays, which covered the sticky spots. It took about 15 minutes for our food to come out. The fries were good. My friend's burger was very good. My gluten free bun was not perfect - not sure if it was stale of just not toasted/heated through correctly? The texture was a bit off, but at least it did not fall apart in my hands after a few bites! It was definitely a positive gf burger experience! read more

This was our first time visiting a Shake Shack, and we had to try the hot chicken which seemed overpriced like most things on the menu were, but it was surprisingly good. It's no where near Big Shakes hot, in fact it's not really hot at all, but it is a good 'hot chicken' style chicken sandwich none the less. The meat was juicy, the batter was crispy, and the sandwich had good flavor. In terms of fast food spicy chicken sandwiches it's a level above the other chain options in town. The restaurant was clean and seemed well maintained, and the staff were friendly and greeted us as we walked up. We also had the opportunity to talk to the manager for a few minutes who was very happy to help answer a few questions. read more

Since this restaurant opened it has been my go to for when I crave a burger. I come at least 3/4 times a month and never had a problem until today. My boyfriend found a hair in the wrapper for the burger. I brought it to the front and they without hesitation offered me a new one and even gave me a coupon for the inconvenience. The food here was mediocre compared to other area Shake Shacks and at the price point SS stays at, the preparation quality should be better. My 'Shroom burger was over cooked and sloppily put together and no whipped cream offered or given for my shake, which was the highlight of my meal. But it was the service that gives this SS a subpar rating. I had to wait for an employee to finish up whatever was being done with an assurance that I could give my order, of which I'm always skeptical about, and I was right, now the host was nice, but seemingly lost about which special shakes were being offered and seemed unsure about what I was ordering, I did not have a warm feeling that my order would be right. I'm glad I didn't order when they were fidgeting with the register. Also, the restroom was filthy, and when I mentioned it, was told they were waiting for it to empty before cleaning.
