I chose this spot after checking all the options in the food court for a healthy and satisfying lunch. The restaurant is fast casual and has seating inside and outside of the restaurant. It was very clean and spacious inside. I placed my order to go so that I could easily take any leftovers home. I'm glad I did that. The serving size was very generous and made a couple of meals. I ordered the grilled chicken. The cashier mentioned that there was some kind of sauce on it but I asked to have it on the side. To my delight, even without the toppings on it, the chicken was moist and flavorful. It was a very large piece of chicken. The pickled onions that I got on the side were also delicious. They were sweet and tender. The 2 sides I chose were garlic broccoli and the grilled veggies. Both sides were grilled and tasted great. Stopped by around 4pm on Thursday. The place looked slow. There was no one at the register or the ordering area. Then like 4-5 people came out including the one who's their server cashier. Took the order and messed up with instructions as we wanted to get our sides first and eat them as appetizers as our 3 year old was starving. Steak place in a mall food court... Ok, you have my attention. All steaks come with signature Chimichurri sauce? I'm interested. It was what I should have expected. A steak at the mall. The flavors were so there! But price for what I got was waaay off. I got the 6 Oz ribeye for 16.95, added grilled garlic shrimp $6.90 for 6 and my sides were side salad and garlic broccoli. First, the good stuff. The shrimp were big and at roughly $1.15 each to add, it was appropriate. They came with a tasty sweet spicy dipping sauce. My broccoli was ahhhmazing!! Charred a little, crisp, tasty! Delish! Would definitely do again! The bad. I'm not sure what I expected for a 6 Oz ribeye at the mall but it wasn't a piece of meat thinner than the patty on a McDonalds hamburger. Initially I wasn't even sure why they asked how I wanted it done, it looked pretty well despite ordering medium but there actually turned out to be a couple bites that were medium. The flavor was excellent. Excellent! But it was a bit tough and thin, very thin! I want to sink my teeth into a steak. You won't. Tho I did see a bigger steak around, so it must exist there. Sirloin maybe? My salad was served in what some would call a "fancy" bowl. Short on the front. This gives you the illusion it's a bigger salad than it is. Every time I stuck my fork into it half would slide out the side onto the counter. After tip, because you're expected to tip at a place at the mall where you go to a counter to order, get your own drink, never have anyone check on you, and then clean up after yourself, was $28. Would I eat here again? No. Too pricey to eat at the mall with a ridiculous amount of mall noise and an Ahole next to me watching TikTok at full blast. (If you do this you completely suck!) I've had a better meal at Outback for half the price and damn I was missing my wine with this meal! Came here with my girlfriend because I was craving a South American meal. First off, it took forever to get to the front of the line even with two cashiers (line isn't relatively long). I ordered the picanha medium with rice and beans, and my girlfriend ordered a sirloin medium rare with rice and yuka. The issue was that when I cut into my picanha it was completely raw, and I'm not talking just a little red (I would've eaten it if it was), it was purple and cold. My girlfriends was fine so she continued eating. I go back up to the cashier and I SHOW them that it is completely raw and that I ordered medium. The looked at me as with a smile and said don't worry and took it back (I had not touched my rice or anything I just cut into the steak). I wait another 30 minutes for the meat, which at this point I'm getting agitated. They finally show up and it is just the meat. I have to ask to at least give me a little bit of rice and for some reason that also took them 10 minutes ( no one in the line at this point). I took it and sat down without looking at it again, and later realized it wasn't even picanha, it was the cheaper cut of meat, the classic steak which was well done and dry. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, SHOULD'VE ASKED A REFUND OR A HIGHER CUT OF MEAT, WAS SEETHING SO FROM ANGER THAT I JUST FORGOT. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICELY COOKED PIECE OF MEAT. The steak As stated before was super tough lacked flavor and I am not sure how it was so dry. Though this place may seem convenient with it being in the mall I would not recommend eating here unless you you like your steak flavorless and dry.
