Yup the frozen custard is great. The fries are good too...hamburgers are great because you can customize your order. But please, when it says shak sauce ON THE SIDE, for the love of God PUT IT ON THE SIDE. We came to Shake Shack to check out the new location and honestly very happy to have this in Burbank. So close to home and easy to get to with so much parking available. Ordered Shack Burger and cheese fries. Can't complain because the food was very tasty and soft so easy to eat almost melt in your mouth. Delicious food! Had the SmokeShack and Chick'n Shack.. which were both yummy! Pretty expensive Burgers ($7.29 and $6.99). Shakes are very good.. kids loved it! customer service was nice. You can either order on the many touch screen monitors or at the front. We ordered at the touch screen and it was pretty easy to use. We ordered alcohol and it took some time for the person to come over to check our IDs. Texts are sent when the order is received and then when your order is ready to pick up. I really like this location. There are lots of places to park, and in general it's a cute area. I like shake shack food, I haven't explored the menu too much, but I really enjoy everything that I have tried. Right now my favorite thing is their chicken nuggets. They are really crunchy and juicy I just wish they had more dipping sauce options. Sometimes the food can take a little long to come out, especially if they're busy, but that is to be expected. We split the Cheese Fries. They were okay, I'm not too much of a fan of cheese sauce on fries or nachos. I'd order regular fries next time. They have a couple of lemonades, Shakes.
