Fast and affordable, great place for wash and fold and dry cleaning, the staff is lovely as well.

I was referred here by The Black Tux to have my suit sleeves shortened. While the tailor did adjust the sleeves, the alteration unfortunately tightened the shoulders so much that the jacket no longer fits properly. For the price of the suit and the importance of the event I needed it for, this was really disappointing. The quality of the work left me with a jacket I can't comfortably wear. read more

I wish I could give 0, I had same experience as other customers who rated 1 star. I couldn't get leather jacket back on time. I don't even want it to be dry cleaned anymore I just want it back, but they couldn't do that. I guess they outsource the dry clean service, and they don't want me to have direct contact with the company they are working with. read more

DONT COME HERE! I have done dry cleaning here a few times and it is never done when they say it is going to be. Most recently I made very clear that I needed to have a suit dry cleaned for a wedding and they guaranteed that I would have it. When I went to pick it up the night before flying out for the wedding they said that none of it had even been started. He was very dismissive and not too concerned about the situation he had put me in. When I asked for my clothes back he couldn't find them. I had to buy a new suit for the wedding and had a huge amount of stress. When I got back I found out that this guy was actually the OWNER and took no responsibility. He didn't offer any type of discount until I threatened to report the cleaners. This place is already expensive so why risk having your stuff lost and not done in time. read more

I recently brought a dress for dry cleaning. It is a nice dress, and needed some TLC so that it wasn't ruined. (There is some pleating in the dress.) I asked if they could clean it and not touch the part with the pleating. "Yes, no problem." Okay. When I came to pick up the pleats had been removed. I pointed this out, and they said they would fix it. Okay. Came back to pick it up and it was not fixed. Sure, it was a risk to drop off a dress there but please, Sew Top Cleaners, do not be DISHONEST with your clients. If you can't care for something, say so. Now my dress is ruined. I understand this is not a high quality dry cleaner, but now I understand it is also not run by honest people. read more

I had a relatively good experience for the past 6 months and today I unpacked my wash fold to discover 5 T shirts completely ruined, stained with multiple black marks clearly made by a machine and torn. I went to complain was told that " the machine could never do this " and that "  I had brought them like this " without even an apology. I won't go there again, it's really unfortunate to not even acknowledge that they messed up. The guy was very rude. read more

Have only used them for laundry -- wash-and-fold service, and so far everything's gone pretty well. On time, items nicely folded, nothing lost. However, if you have a item of clothing with makeup stains or light stains of any sort, take the time to pre-treat it at home, that is not part of their service, which seems reasonable. read more

Why I wanted to review: I've used this cleaner for 5 years and have only had one experience that sucked: denim bled on everything else. Which was my bad. It's really hard to find a laundry service that's fast, won't lose your stuff, won't stain your stuff, and has good hours. If you don't read past this, here is what to know: -affordable for wash and fold and dry cleaning (drycleaned my Canana Goose for $30) -separates and bleaches whites (extra $2 or $3, so worth it) -wash and fold can be done same day if brought in early enough, no extra fee (yet) -never lost anything -washes everything: my nikes, my comforter, lace bras that need hand washing and air drying Also, they're just kind people. Lovely people who work at this cleaner. They really are very sweet. They wash, fold, and make all my laundry pretty and new again. They even match my socks. I think in the 2 years I've been going to them for drop-off, about once a week, they lost 1 sock. I've never found anyone else's clothing in my bag (I've heard nightmares about other laundromats), and I've never noticed anything missing. They now know me by name. And they keep a little dish of candy right near the register, which is sweet and feels like a neighborhood mom-and-pop business. Efficient, have never messed up my clothing, reliable service. I will continue to use as long as I live in this neighborhood. read more

Really unfortunate service here. This is the closest cleaner for drop off/pick up where I live so Ive really been rooting for them and have gone back several times after I swore Id never return out of sheer inconvenience of going elsewhere. However the woman who works at this location is extremely rude. When items were lost she took no responsibility, made up a story that didn't make sense and didn't offer any kind of discount. Didn't seem to care at all that I have been a very loyal customer for a solid year. And since then, there have been continued incidents of rudeness for which I simply cannot give the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend giving business to a place that treats their customers this way. read more

quick, clean, folded, and they even matched my socks! i dropped off laundry for the wash and fold service on monday afternoon and it was ready for me tuesday night. really quick service and the owners/help are very kind. doesn't hurt that they're so close to where i live. very happy and will be going back exclusively! read more

They ripped a suit blazer during dry cleaning that my husband had only used once. The piece came back with a rip in the collar. When we noticed and went back to complaint, they said it was not there. After we said it could've only been there, they said to not buy cheap brand. It was a RALPH LAUREN suit!!! Second time they ruined our clothing during dry cleaning. I also got a hole in my winter jacket some time ago. Made the mistake to return, now I'm NEVER coming back. read more

I was at a loss for a good drop off laundry service, that wasn't too far from my home, until this place opened. I HIGHLY recommend them. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Laundry comes back perfectly clean, folded and on time. They accept credit cards over a $15 minimum. If you live in the area I don't know why you would go anywhere else. read more

I've been using Sew Top for at least 2.5 yrs weekly, so laundry is 1 thing I never have to think about beyond arranging pickup and delivery with Phong the owner. They've been doing my laundry, hang dry and dry cleaning throughout. It's amazing in today's world that I not only get Phong on the fon, but he is also the one who like clockwork has taken care my pickup and delivery each week at no additional fee. What more could I ask for, but there is more -- clothes are always folded neatly, colors and types separated, socks matched, all comes back fresh and clean; he even brought me a complimentary laundry bag when mine was falling apart. Had a couple problems with my orders, only natural after so many orders, which they promptly picked up and resolved overnight. Goes w/out saying, Sew Top is exceptional service and quality at it's very best. Can't recommend enough. read more
