Customer service and quality of service is top notch. This is the best experience I've had with a cleaner and tailor. Danny has a passion for his craft and I have been further educated on the knowledge of professional dry cleaning. The space is clean and up to standards of moisture, which I learned is very important for storing clothes. I will be giving my business to Danny and his wife, who tailors, for the rest of my time in NY. read more

Amazing. Very knowledgeable about pieces and how best to treat and care for them! Fast considering the level of detail and care. Will return again and again read more

The owner has helped me with a few times now, always has good explanations for what I need done. It looks like he really cares about the pieces I'm bringing in! read more

Overall I would have to say this was unfortunately a negative experience coming here. Service was pretty terrible, prices are very high. I live in the area so it's disappointing but there are plenty of other cleaners to try out. read more

The owner was extremely rude. I decided to give this place another try, but once again I was treated disrespectfully and ended up leaving. When I politely explained that I needed my pants shortened quickly, he raised his voice at me. Very disappointing experience. read more

Absolutely the best. I buy quality clothing and the only way to insure the color and fabric remain vibrant is to use the best methods available...this place knows EVERYTHING about maintaining garments. And the owner is very, very honest. If I don't support great local businesses, I will loose them. I don't want to loose this business. People deserve to be paid for quality work and so the price is not a barrier for me. The service is great. read more

Danny runs a detail oriented dry cleaning service. We used them for seasonal dry cleaning (full incl wet clean) - 3 dresses and 3 suits and 1 blouse, a few with stains. It all turned out satisfactory, and neatly pressed, looks nearly new again. You pay a bit more for his results! read more

Excellent service, price and turnaround time. Danny & his team are the best in the neighborhood! read more

The worst company to do business with. I found the proprietor of Natural Cleaners located at 850 Manhattan Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11222 to have a very nasty and insulting attitude. I used this company as a package receiving service since it was designated as a package receiver for the company Stowfly. Unbelievebly, the owner deliberately opened one of my packages without my consent (which is a federal crime punishible by fines and jail time), and then had the nerve to hand it to me after it had already been opened - and without any kind of explaination. He also claimed that he did not receive a packge that was delivered by Amazon when Amazon provided documented proof that the package was in fact hand delivered there and received by someone. He claims that he did not recieve it, nor did anyone else. He is one of the worst persons ever to do business with, and I never will again - and neither should you! read more

Had an alteration done on my leather jacket to add an extra internal pocket and the job was done perfectly. The owner Danny and his lovely wife make a great team together, with exceptional quality and customer care. There dry cleaning service is top notch as well. read more

Natural Cleaners - 5 Star Service ! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Danny is the absolute best - I've been going to him for my dry cleaning needs for a few years now and it never disappoints. You will be paying NYC prices in a Greenpoint neighborhood, but he takes such good care of every article of clothing it's worth it for building a great relationship with a local cleaner. I bring my wool blend peacoat to him at the end of every winter before I store it away for the spring/summer, and the following fall/winter when I take it back out again it feels so new and soft. I always appreciate Danny's efforts and am so glad I have found a reliable local cleaner read more

Amazing cleaners who provide great service and can also clean your clothes quickly if needed! Very friendly owner

Danny is a master technician who genuinely cares about his craft. Though not inexpensive, Danny takes personal care of each garment that enters his store with a level of perfectionism which cannot be found elsewhere. Danny is an extremely friendly individual, and I look forward to visiting his store not least for the entertaining interactions that are enjoyed. Danny is especially skilled at cleaning white linen jackets, and I especially look forward to wearing the one I left with him recently ;) read more

I have been associated with Danny and his Natural Cleaners establishment for many years. His establishment has always been the hallmark of Dry Cleaning Establishments in The Greenpoint Brooklyn area. Danny provides outstanding quality work for both all your dry cleaning and your tailoring needs. His wife Jane does professional quality alterations. Danny's service is wonderful too. If you need something quickly he will always accommodate the customers needs. His focus is always to satisfy the customer. Always Friendly and courteous and eager to help you. This is a great place for your dry cleaning and Tailoring needs. Ask for Danny. You will never be disappointed. read more

Zero stars. They ruined all four linen shirts I gave only to be dry cleaned. They all came back two sizes BIGGER, flat as paper and TRANSPARENT! How?! read more

I've brought multiple items here for dry cleaning and tailoring. Always quality work and kind service.

Run and Run Fast! They are crooks! They tried to charge me $111 to dry clean 2 suit. I took my clothes and walked out refusing to do business. Highway robbery! read more

I stopped by Natural Cleaners with some questions about their cleaning process. The owner, Danny, was extremely kind enough to take the time to explain how he cleans his garments, and how his process is different from most. I can tell Danny cares about his craft and is very knowledgeable at what he does! The facility looked clean and organized as well. read more

Danny is very nice the work is beautiful and very affordable they clean everything: soak, wash and dry clean nicely. Highly recommend!

A beloved wool hiking shell inexplicably ended up with a grease stain; I assumed it was tree sap & threw it into a cold wash but only succeeded in setting the stain further... Danny was super nice & knowledgeable -- and for a very reasonable price & super fast turnaround, it ended up looking brand new! Very happy. Have used their tailoring/alterations too & was always equally happy. Great service. read more

I have been coming here for a while but I am very disappointed! I came in to have this Bape shirt professionally cleaned since it has Swarovski crystals on it. I picked it up and what's funny is that the owner told me everything was okay when in fact a few days later I finally took the shirt out of the cleaners bag and that's when I noticed the stains on the shirt. If you're going to charge me $25 to clean a shirt and on top of that when I go pick it up you tell me everything is FINE , everything should be in tact , everything should be fine ! It's like they literally did nothing to clean it . read more

Danny did an amazing job on my silk dress, it has come back looking good as new! He is also very friendly & personable and knew exactly which item was mine when i returned to the store. Would 100% recommend! read more

I love this place! Super clean and organized, and the tailoring service was amazing! incredible friendly staff.

Amazing service!! Quick turnaround and fairly priced, especially considering all the extra care they took with a secondhand garment I'd gotten. Danny took the time to talk to me about all the processes he would use before I paid. They even mended the inner lining for me at no extra charge! The jacket is from the 70s and now it looks brand new. Thanks so much, I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is amazing! They have gotten some very tough stains out of all kinds of different materials for me -- nylon, silk, etc. They're always determined to salvage the item. They have a points system to save you money if you're a regular customer. They even sprayed my winter jacket with waterproofing spray to help protect them. Very nice people and excellent at what they do! Highly recommend. read more

I had an "incident" and stained new suit pants and somehow mangled the zipper. Danny there is a real nice and personable man. We agreed to dry clean the pants first, and if the stain came out, they'd put in a new zipper. I wasn't confident the stain would come out, but they got it, and the new zipper they put in actually makes the pants fit me a little better. Very happy they saved my suit and actually improved it! Thank you! read more

I've been coming here for years and Danny takes excellent care of my clothing and is a pleasure to work with.

I brought some clothes to Natural Cleaners for wash and fold, and Danny's services were great! I'm so happy to have found wash and fold services that I can rely on clean my more intricate clothing pieces and clothes that can't go in the dryer. Danny pays careful attention to the clothing items you bring in. Everything came out perfectly. read more

I dropped a few items to be dry cleaned 2 months ago and they have disappeared. I have left several messages on the voicemail to this business - please check your voicemail and call me back! read more

I have been going to Natural Cleaners for wash and fold service for a while now, and am finally unhappy enough with the service to switch to a different place. I initially really appreciated how much care they put into my delicates, and of course the general kindness of the staff. My clothes were late more than once due to a broken dryer and some equipment updates, which I forgave (although super inconvenient, I had to wait at least 2 extra days). Yesterday, however, my clothes were not ready by the promised time and I was told to come back in today. When I picked them up and took them home, they were ALL still damp, as if they had been dried for 10 minutes, and folded up as if they were dry (even the towels). It seems like it's a great place to bring your dry cleaning, but I recommend avoiding their wash and fold service completely. read more

As I type, Jane is rushing an alteration for me. I'm sure she'll do an exceptional job, as she has with all past tailoring. Denny has provided me with my funniest dry cleaning story to date: he ever so politely suggested that I remove my pashminas *before* eating! Minus one point only because sometimes my dry cleaning isn't ready when they said it would be. The bottom line: My Levis will have their original hems reattached in time for my vacation -- California, I'm coming home! ERF read more

I wish Natural Cleaners was open on Sunday. I wish Natural Cleaners stayed open til 8PM Monday to Thursday. I wish Natural Cleaners accepted credit cards. I wish Natural Cleaners would relocate to my block. I wish Natural Cleaners could clean my clothes in a way where I never had pay for dry cleaning again. Those are my only complaints. read more

I got bleach on a sweatshirt that I love and was so disappointed after I was unable to cover it up with methods I saw online. I took it here because they've gotten really tough stains out of my clothing in the past. It took a while, but when I got the sweatshirt back, it looked as good as new!! I was so excited. Would highly recommend this place; there's never been something they haven't been able to clean for me. read more

This place is a bit pricer than I would expect to pay for dry cleaning, but I do like that they use natural dry cleaning processes. They also get massive points in my book for not batting an eye when I came in with a white cashmere sweater that was completely splattered with blood. (I had a run in with a set of monkey bars while playing at the playground, and my nose did not quite make it out in one piece). So, I'm still on a search for cheaper dry cleaning options, but I'm pretty happy with Natural Cleaners. read more

AVOID!!!!!!!! They wanted to charge me $25 to replace a broken buckle on a baby carrier. I bought the buckle before, so they didn't even have to buy one for me. I then found a place in the same neighborhood who is doing it for $10. Even the dry cleaning is very expensive and they don't even let you know if your stuff is ready. Don't go!!!!! read more

I have gotten any dry cleaning done here but did get three dresses altered. They are such sweet people, and the turn around time is great, and i found the prices for alteration to be reasonable. $35 for my bridesmaid dress and somewhat cheaper for the one layer dresses. Really, the only complaint i have is the lack of air-conditioning, but i was not going to deduct a star for that, because i'm not a douche. read more

The worse place ever . I asked for dry cleaner service and they said it was too expensive for me , I use dry cleaner service every week and I'm sure I'll never recommend this place to anybody read more

This is definitely not a cheap cleaners, but you are absolutely getting what you pay for here. Like other reviewers I've been a customer since before they went green (when that wasn't even an option) and I've been happy with the quality and standards of their work throughout. I will admit that I probably get a total of 12 items a year dry cleaned (I'm more likely to take the unrecommended risk of hand or gentle washing myself), but I've used their service for over 10 years. In my experience they assess every piece you drop off, determining any special handling or attention that may be necessary (buttons that may not be compatible with the cleaning process, additional pressing that may be required, possible shrinkage risks for certain fabrics, etc.). They'll also suggest any mending that may be needed (seams that have come apart, buttons to be replaced) at an additional charge. read more
