Extremely crooked poorly executed flat felled seam coming apart at the top
Maya L.

I BEG OF YOU do not support this shop - for your own good! I brought a pair of pants for repair and a designer shirt for a tailoring job. When I picked up my pieces the pants were un repaired and the shirt poorly sewn and unfinished. I brought back the pieces for revisions. When I picked up the shirt I was utterly SHOCKED w the handiwork. I was charged $50 for the most crooked flat felled seams I've ever seen in my life. And one seam was sewn with TAN thread on a white shirt. The shirt is white raw silk so the seam can be seen from the outside. It is now effectively ruined because you can see any puncture holes made. The shop REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME MY $50 when I calmly and respectfully asked for a refund. I left thoroughly incensed and w hot tears streaming down my cheek. Please please please do not give them your business

Way overpriced. I've never been charged so much before for dry cleaning. This place is 3x what you would pay at another dry cleaning.

My go-to dry cleaners. Trustworthy, family run business. Nice people. Pricing is a little more, but you get what you pay for.

$8 for a cropped short sleeve silk blouse? Nope. Go to Berry Cleaners and it's $4. Convenient and very nice but also very over priced.

I do my dry cleaning here and my clothes are good as new. My clothes are ready to be picked up as promised - even if it's the next day.

My pants were found! And since they were lost for so long she didn't charge me. Back to 5 stars!

I've had alterations and pieces dry cleaned all done well. They will even text you when your clothes are ready if you ask.

Kay has taken in a few dresses for me, and even with a complicated pleated design, the nip-and-tuck was pristine.

Rheingold Cleaners - You can clock the lighted discoloration on the U and first E. Normally I wouldn't care, but it is expensive and was a gift :(

As a policy, I only give negative reviews rarely and as an absolute last resort, but my last…read moreexperience with this dry cleaner was just awful. The woman who runs it and I were on good terms, I've been several times for fixes and stains and she has always delivered great service. But this time when I picked up one of the shirts I had brought to her for the removal of a very small stain, the process they had used to remove the stain had discolored a bunch of the lettering on the shirt. Only because the shirt was one of my few expensive ones (and a personal favorite) I brought it to her and showed her the mark. She said it was because the stain had oxidized in the cleaning/stain removal process and that the discoloration was permanent. I said I understood, but that I wanted to be paid back the value of the shirt, something I only asked for because of its worth to me personally and monetarily. She refused saying that she "didn't do it," the stain's oxidization did. I told her that it was her process that had caused the stain to oxidize and if I had known this would happen I would never have brought the shirt to her. She still said it wasn't her fault or took any responsibility and began getting heated and raising her voice at me. I exasperatedly refuted her, telling her that the shirt was now irreparably damaged and that as a loyal customer I couldn't believe she was treating me this way. I exclaimed at one point "ma'am I thought we were cool; I thought we had a good relationship!" She continued screaming at me and still categorically refused to help, saying that the only compensation she would offer for permanently discoloring the shirt is the 12.50 for the specialized cleaning. I told her I didn't want that and that I was hurt that she was willing to treat me or any customer like this, so I left. I worked as a CSR at a dry cleaners for a while, and I never saw anyone not receive compensation for a damage or discolored article. She is normally a great dry cleaner and I've loved working with her in the past, but for her to do me this way made me take the clothes I had also brought to drop off and tell her I could not use her again.

I am so excited to have found King Organic! And to leave a review to hopefully send more people…read moretheir way. Worth it, trust me. What I had done: 1. The tailor (who was super nice and knowledgeable about what works best with the design of your clothing) took my new leather jacket and created a pocket on the inside to hold my phone and any other little things I need. He cut into the patterned fabric and put a zipper pocket- it's so perfect it looks like it came that way! ($25) 2. A new zipper for a designer pair of jeans ($7) 3. Turned wide leg suit pants into slim fit ($10) and I didn't even have to try them on- he just knew! 4. A faux fur collar that I spilled beer on last year. I tried, unsuccessfully, to remove the beer many many times. But they did it perfectly! ($4) And the best part is that I brought everything in on Saturday afternoon and they had it finished by Monday. When I was amazed, they told me they can do same day if you bring your stuff in before 11. The other place just down the road used to take 5-6 days just to clean one shirt and charges WAY too much for their slow service and shitty attitudes. The owners and everyone at King Organic were really nice, and remembered me when I came back in- they knew which stuff was mine and right where it was. If I sound over-excited, it's because I am. I had such a terrible dry cleaner before I found this place and the tailor I went to was wayyyyy out of my way. Thank you guys! I will be back!

Not impressed!…read more Decided to take two long overdue pieces here as I just moved to the area. The button on my jacket was sewn on perfectly and that's the extent of what went right. My jacket has not been cleaned - one obvious stain on the collar and many bits of fuzz and hairs all over that I didn't even notice when I dropped it off. I also had my pants hemmed. The length is great but the hem is not seen all the way around. Has only been done half way on one leg and on and off on the other. If I put them on too quickly I will need to have it done again. In an area with many competitors I'll try elsewhere in hopes to get the full job done next time.
