I got my Burberry wool coat dry-cleaned here. This was the second time in years since I first came here to get that wool coat dry-cleaned. The service was great as usual. The price increased slightly, but overall I'm satisfied since my coat was nicely cleaned of lint. They texted me a few hours before the time they gave me on my ticket that my coat was ready. Communication here is also pretty good. Parking is convenient even though the location is on a main road. I parked my car, went inside for a few minutes to drop off my coat, and came out quickly so I didn't pay for the meter. I would definitely come back if I need any dry cleaning done. read more

Their delivery driver was 15 minutes late even though they were fully aware that there would be no one to receive a giant order of clothes. Luckily I was around the corner, but when I informed their team that this was unprofessional because we agreed things would be delivered on that day. They tried to shame me for communicating to the driver that it was not ok to brush off my concern that I really needed these items for the week ahead. It is absolutely not ok to chastise a customer of many years because your own driver refuses to acquire a basic skill of time management. Couldn't speak more highly of this spot. My go-to. When I say they can remove virtually any stain, I mean it. And I've given them some daunting challenges -- bike grease, cooking grease, red wine, chocolate, grass stains, ACRYLIC PAINT, tbh even blood. All of it has come out. Tailoring is prompt and well-executed. I only had one issue where an inseam was done sloppily and Albert and team were more than happy to make it right. Well so the saga continues with this place. My altered pants were altered incorrectly. And they're shorter than requested! Dropped off a pair of pants to be altered over the holiday season and decided to wear them for the first time today. When I picked it up, it was not hemmed at all before being drycleaned which defeats the purpose of cleaning (see previous review). read more

This place is the real deal. Colleen and the rest of the crew are incredibly kind and hard working people. There was a snag with my order where a stand in tailor messed up two items (one of the regular tailors had an emergency, unfortunately). They not only are fixing it but have made the decision not to charge me whatsoever for the mishap. This included many more items than the two that were messed up. Also, I want to add, as a TGNC plus size person, it's really difficult to feel safe and secure getting fitted with a tailor. These folks have made me feel entirely comfortable and for that I am really grateful. So pear shaped gender non-conforming people - this is your spot. read more

Great service my wedding dress was pure white after getting it dry cleaned and they are so friendly!!

This place lost my favorite Pucci shirt, an italian silk suit, messed up several times including not returning a fur coat they said they could reline for me for about three months. They repeatedly claimed pandemic staffing issues. That times were tough. Albert cried that it was the toughest two years of his life. They lost about $3000 of clothing that I cannot replace. He told me over the phone that he would replace it through his insurance company and referred me to his lawyer. After calling the lawyer 4x i was told that Albert would only reimburse 10x the cleaning amount which would be $88. They are a bunch of crooks who steal your clothes if they're nice. Don't ever leave designer goods here that can't be replaced. They will steal them and claim that they never received them. Or they will accuse the concierge in your building of stealing them. I am so regretful that I chose a small business like this and hope that none of you do the same. read more

I had a vintage coat that I brought in that needed extra TLC, the owner saw to it that my coat was done right and went the extra mile. I dropped off a large order here and was really happy with the full service, which was friendly and professional the whole way. One item in particular (a satin-like baseball jacket) somehow looks better now than it did when it was new because it was so flawlessly pressed. The owner delivered the order personally and couldn't have been classier, and also they beat the time estimate they gave me. I checked around prices for other nearby cleaners and they seem to be around the middle of the pack, which I guess is what you want.
