As many have noted Seville cleaners -was- a great dry cleaner with fast and friendly service. As of 2022 however they are more akin to something out of a dystopian nightmare. Don't expect to have your clothes cleaned on time but do expect the staff to be rude and uncaring about your plight. Need your items on the delivery date because you have a black tie event? Sorry about your luck. I've have had better customer service experiences getting pulled over by the highway patrol. If Seville cleaners was the last dry cleaner on earth I would wear my dry clean only clothes until they were unacceptably dirty then I would burn them and buy a new set before I would return to this nightmare pit of a store. They don't even dry clean the clothes themselves anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the 20 other Dry Cleaners in the area.. you will be better off. read more

I needed two suits and a Shirt cleaned and pressed for a Photoshoot last Thursday! I dropped of the articles Wednesday morning around 9 am. Received a text at 4:30-5 that all items are ready for pick up or delivery. To say I am impressed is an understatement! I have found my go to cleaners!!! read more

Drycleaning for us for several years, only one redo!!!! Above average quality for their "neighborly" rates. Thank you Seville. read more

Was a regular customer and satisfied until the business was sold. New owners and staff are unpleasant, clothes are often not ready by date given. Twice I have been there just after 7 (time they open) and the staff doesn't show up till 7:30 or so. Then had kids with them, opens door, walks out with kids to give them to someone else all while customers are waiting. Not sure how this. place stays in business. I'm done giving them second chances. Too many cleaners to deal with staff that doesn't even say thank you and has no customer service. read more

I have used Seville Cleaners 3 times, I have had an issues on my second and now third visit. On my second visit, my card was charged twice and on this third visit, no text to tell me my dry cleaning is ready and on my attempt to call, the call cannot be completed. read more

Worst dry cleaning experience I ever had, took my suit a sports jacket and a few shirts not one thing was done right or even looked like it was dry cleaned. Took my suit back cause it had creases everywhere and when I went back to pick it up after the redo still had creases and the employee said that it's his machine theirs nothing he could do about it. Shirts we're dirty after getting them back, sports coat didn't look clean. Too many issues to list definitely never going back. read more

This cleaners sucks!!! I dropped off 7 shirts to laundered with starch, which takes two days by the way and I received my shirts back dirtier than they were when I dropped them off! Oh not to mention that they dragging on the floor on bottom conveyor,so the bottom of all my shirts had lint and filth from the floor. When I complained to staff member working; he shrugged his shoulders like what do you want me to do about it. I asked could he redo the shirts and he told me that I would have to wait another two days! SMH! Also, your clothes come back smelling like mothballs from a retirement home. If you can help it, please, please, please save your self the frustration and find another cleaner with Chick-fil-A like service! read more

We started using this cleaners because it was closer to the house. After a few months , I noticed some of my dress shirts had began to get very thin near the top button, and develop tears in the fabric. I dismissed the first one, then when I noticed the same on two others, including a favorite shirt, I asked my wife to take it back, along with a pair of pants that had a 2 inch black mark on it upon taking out of the bag. She came home it felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode... even though the tags were still on, she was told " How do know that this came from our cleaners?" I wish I had went, just so I could have used Jerry's line. She asked for the manager, who had supposedly just left. I'll update after speaking with the Mgr.. ****edit**** After speaking with the manager, who appeared sincerely apologetic, he gave us a claim form, and a thank you for giving them another opportunity. ultimately, we were refunded a portion of the cost of the shirts. I would have returned for the manager's customer service. so rare these days. thank you. read more

Do not bring your clothes here! I gave them three chances . They ruined my dress and my husbands cotton dress shirts had wrinkles. How does that happen? I wish I could upload pictures to share. I spoke with the owner who I shared the pictures with and a day later he apologized and offered to refund the money however I will never go there again. As I was there another older gentlemen was upset because he was told if they can not get a stain out of his shirt he won't have to pay however that was not true. Honestly when you take your clothes there the clothes look as if nothing was done to them something is extremely wrong with the service. read more

Awesome same day service at a GREAT price! Some cleaners that offer same day don't get items clean, not the case here... and an incredibly professional and friendly staff! read more

I've been coming here for years. Best pricing I've found (with a coupon). Service is fast and reliable.

Very poor customer service where one must pay when dropping off the items and only hope to get what they pay in return. They gave my items to another client and I had to chase him around to get six shirts and four pants back. My last incident was today when numerous times I requested no clips holding the sleeves and every single time they had the clip. Thus I had to go home and iron my clothes after paying them. I recommend to take your business someplace else. read more

The cashier overcharged me and then gave me some serious attitude when I called him on it. He didn't want to void the transaction but said he would credit my account. When I picked up my order it was apparent that my clothes had not been cleaned at all. I will not be back. read more

Had to prepay and was a little hesitant. I was told if they "suck" I would just get a refund. Picked up my shirts and the collars were all creased and scrunched up. I was told "ya our shirt guy is an idiot" we will re-do them. I was in a hurry and needed my shirts for a work trip. They said only a manager can, waited for a manager, and he's wanting to debate about re- doing them. Didn't have time to argue, had them "re-done", still the same. Terrible quality and not convenient, will never use again for personal or business. read more

Save your money and your clothes, go anywhere else! Staff was courteous and helpful, but management could care less about their customers. First and only time I took my favorite pair of pants there and they came back stretched out in the waist and torso! How does that happen??? Shrinkage is expected, but I never expected to bring home a garment bigger than before its first cleaning! Management blamed the manufacturer for mislabeling and said to take them back to the retailer. Didn't even offer to refund the cleaning charge! Save yourself alot of heartache and $$$---go anywhere else! read more

I am new to the area and I saw on Yelp that this was a good place to use. I dropped off my comforter and was so happy with the service that I dropped off another comforter for cleaning. When I went to pick it up today there was no one in the facility and I had to say out loud HELLO to get some attention. I was given my comforter and was told that because of it being cold that my comforter was going to be wet and that he did not know why the bag was wet. This happened today (7/11/17 b/t 6p and 7pm). Then he went on and said that he could air dry it and I could come back tomorrow which was out of the question. I really want my money back I mean it was soaking wet and the person working today did not know why I was upset. I asked him wouldn't he be upset if he got his stuff wet and already prepaid for it? And he said no but I am not you and I said thank God!!! This is why I hate prepaid places and I will not be coming back. There is one guy that worked yesterday who was very polite so I don't want to say that all who work here are bad. Hopefully this will not be erased!! read more
