I was provided with excellent customer service very knowledgeable of the product products which is always helpful, but I've been using chemical guys for almost 3 years now and I have finally got it to the point that I buy exactly what I need every time I wish they had clay bar sponges not just a regular clay.bars. I stepped my game up with the Clay b sponges and it's a lot more convenient, and easier to use yes specially if you drop it, you can just rinse it off, and keep playing the car . I am a hard-core chemical guy customer I buy the honeydew shampoo for my white Audi and Kia Sorrento hybrid color cityscape green. Excellent supplies excellent customer service. I just wish there was one closer in the Whittier California area. They close the one in La Habra. Not sure why it always seemed busy, but most of the locations now are independently own and now called detail garage that happened to sell chemical guy products and other brands of auto detailing supplies. Hopefully, they'll start selling 360 products soon. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed very knowledgeable staff to help you out and answer your questions regarding keeping your vehicle sharp and looking like showroom floor ready.

Picked up the engine on 12/14 and swapped it on, when I was swapping the Usdm camshaft for the usdm camshaft angle sensor, I had to open the valve cover, the internal is in gold color and even not have scratches on camshafts and bearings, I know the engine is in a pretty healthy condition, after swapped everything on, the engine started at the first try, good compression, everything runs perfect. I know I have to give Ichiban a five stars to correct some thoughts. Thank you Nick will see you next time for some ej engines! P.S. Nick please get a new compression meter lol

When it was my turn, the employee asked what I needed, and I explained that I wanted the check engine light scanned. He handed me the scanner and told me to do it myself. I explained that I didn't know how and asked if he could assist me, as AutoZone employees have helped me with this service many times over the years. Before helping me, the phone rang. He took the call and left me standing there waiting while he remained on the phone for an extended period of time. When another employee, Max, became available, I asked if he could please help me. His response and attitude were extremely disappointing. He told me that checking the vehicle is only done as a "courtesy" and essentially said that he did not want to do it. I found his demeanor rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The way I was treated also left me feeling as though prejudice may have played a role, which made the experience even more upsetting. After being a loyal AutoZone customer for more than 30 years, I should not walk into a store asking for basic assistance and leave feeling disrespected and refused service. Someone in management needs to look into the customer service at this location, particularly my interaction with Max. To make a long story short: I came in for help with my check engine light and left without receiving the assistance I requested. Save yourself the trip.
