It's autozone, you know what you're getting yourself into. If you're going here you're probably not super excited knowing you're going to have to work on your car. And if you're anything like my girlfriend, you hate any time your car acts up or throws up a light on the dash. But that's where autozone comes in handy. They are close, there's a ton of them, the ship to other stores or tho your house. When you go in the people are decently knowledgeable but if they are unfamiliar with the subject there computer system works well. I've never had an issue with a part fitting my vehicles if their system says they're compatible. My gf drives a jeep so I'll definitely be back. read more

I went to order an alternator for my car and Alex Navarro was very kind and help me find exactly what I needed. He was more than helpful. As a woman, It's always nice to have someone to help you when you know nothing about cars and thankfully Alex met all the categories. read more

Used to buy parts here, but not anymore. The owner didn't accept my return, only because he didn't want to. His words: "It is my 3rd return today and don't want to lose money. Go to the other store 2 miles away down the road". What do we have to do with it? read more

About 2 months ago my check engine light came on and stopped by to use their code reader. They let me use it free of charge. Come to find out that my downstream 02 sensor needed to be changed. A week later, my upstream 02 sensor went out and I was able to get them replaced. I can really appreciate the use of their code reader as it really helps you narrow down what is wrong with your car. If you tried this with a dealer, you'd get charged up the wazoo just for this service- as well as a long wait. read more

The manager was great. Spoke to the person who installed my car alarm and got us directions to the new location. He was very nice about it

My husband went into this auto zone to buy a battery and needed help installing the battery. When he asked if someone can help him they denied help. I understand this a courtesy they do but they also promote this on their website that can change batteries. We are just really frustrated, imagined it had been a lady that went in and knew nothing about batteries or replacement, the staff here won't help. Fidel the store manager is also so rude, how can people like this be store managers?! They need to work on their customer service! Please take your money elsewhere, somewhere where they will help you! I give this place a 0! read more

Jose is the best. I was stupid and bought the wrong windshield wipers and he exchanged them quick and even helped me put the adapter on and install it. Great service, thanks guys! read more

Came in here because my front head lights were flickering every so often so I thought it was time to get a new light bulb. It was night time when I came in just around closing, but there were still a decent amount of people in the store. I explained my situation to the employee who quickly looked up the make and model of my car and identified which light bulb would fit. After he found it, I quickly paid for it and was out of the store all within 5 minutes. I am not a car person, so I wasnt sure exactly how to change the light bulb, but the man offered to change it for me, all I had to do was pop the hood. Within 2-3 minutes, he switched out the old one and replaced it with the new one. I tested it a few times and let it run for a few minutes just to make sure it was fine. All in all, I was there for only 10-15 minutes and my problem was solved! Overall it was a great experience with great service and will definitely be going back for future smaller needs. read more

Your basic Autozone, except that they lack customer service. No hello, no thank you for stopping by, no goodbye. Just a cashier more interested in their coworkers chisme rather than helping out a customer for 5 minutes. I got what I needed for my car emergency, otherwise I would of left empty handed. read more

I came to check my battery for my Nissan Rogue-the manager Fidel was incredibly professional and helpful-they installed a new one for me at a great price within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them for your auto needs! read more

Come on cuh how you going to say my car battery is bad and that it didn't charge after I came to pick it up then try to upsell me on a battery? I must not look like a car guy because when I went home to install that "BAD" battery BOOM like magic the car started up and get this when I tested it myself BEHOLD the batteries still in good condition. The battery went dead because I hadn't used the car in two weeks. I didn't get your name but I know you're the store manager because I've bought from this location in the past. Always take a second opinion come on homie I know the bonuses can't be that great to rip off your clientele. read more

I work across the street and I had an emergency this morning when my car died on Lincoln Ave. Long story short, it ended up being low on gas even though the gauge wasn't on empty. Luckily I had enough momentum to roll into a parking spot at this Autozone. I explained my situation to the cashier and, while I wasn't expecting any help, I also wasn't expecting him to threaten towing my car if I didn't get it out of the parking lot by noon. Apparently I was in one of his "prime parking spots". I even offered to push my car to a different spot across the lot since at this point I was late for work, but to no avail. He jumped up to help when I wanted to buy one of their overpriced gas cans though. Will definitely be shopping elsewhere in the future. read more

I have always heard it is the service after the sale counts the most. I think the manager of this location fully understand that and so does their employees. I had a battery that had died. I brought it in they tested it and found it was within warranty and cheerfully replaced it. Not once did they try to wiggle out of honoring the warranty. They didn't say do you drive this car on Sundays and transport Fish, do you use this car as a taxi by transporting kids to soccer games or any other silly type questions looking for a way to void a warranty. During the entire transaction the employees were extremely professional and courteous. I saw them handling other customers exactly the same way. This is probably the best AutoZone or parts store I have been in. They truly get it that the employees make the difference. Great Job. read more

I know nothing about cars so I've avoided changing my windshield wipers for month. Decided to stop by AutoZone to see if someone could help me out. The store manager, Fidel was awesome. He went out in the rain to change my wipers for me. Will definitely come back here. read more

The manager is horrible and doesn't know how to treat customers. He was very rude demeaning and not helpful at all. Again the manager was very rude if you are going to ask for help do not go to Fidel (Bald Man in case he doesn't have name tag) go to another person or another AUTO-PARTS Store. Wow. The manager there Fidel was very rude. Not willing to help in any way and will not go out of his way. Bought an ECU which was suggested by the computer they lend you. Took the car to the mechanic and the mechanic said that part was not the issue. Hoping we could return it he said that the part was installed by looking at it which in reality there were already scuff marks on the product. He didn't want to take the part back which was OK. But he was very argumentative and have a power trip for some odd reason. Imagine this is your manager and his staff is supposed to look up to him. Leadership at this store is poor and hopefully, they don't feed off this person. Not only he was rude at the store but my brother called and he was also rude to him over the phone. Note: Here are the pictures of the part please note that the other part already had a small dent when it was given to us. Not knowing that would an issue of it was returned. read more
