He tried learning how to replace it on YouTube, but it looked too complicated, so he went to O'Reilly and met Jaiden. Jaiden was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. My husband mentioned he was from Germany, and Jaiden told us he was from Italy--he was just as warm and friendly as all the Italians we've met on our 15 trips to Italy. Highly recommend O'Reilly, especially Jaiden, for great service!

Im currently on crutches and it's really hard for me to get around while carrying things, so after helping me find the correct bulb she carried it up to the front for me as well. I also needed new windshield wipers, but didn't know if I needed j hooked ones or clip on, so she volunteered to check my car for me and had me stay inside-- incredibly kind and thoughtful of her. After she helped me find everything I needed, she also installed my replacement headlight and windshield wipers with a smile. I'm completely clueless when it comes to car stuff, so her help and kindness really means a lot. Everything was very affordable compared to other auto places (such as o'reilley who charged me twice as much for the same exact replacement bulb when my other headlight went out). I'll definitely be coming back here if I need any other car parts.

This former bolsa auto parts has been around since forever. My father used to order parts here all the time before he retired his auto mechanic shop. Even today, I was able to come in and talk to the owner buying an expensive part for a great deal for my Acura TSX to fix my check engine light. You should definitely speak to the owner here as I saw her juggling 2 phones while speaking in many languages (English, Vietnamese, Spanish). However she can multi-task and still cater to me, helping me to order a part that fits my car perfectly. It is located in the plaza and there are ample of parking spaces. This store has been a lifesaver for my car and it seems that the owner has a lot of spaces and inventory to store a lot of parts. Most parts when ordered, will come within 2 days. I am glad I made the long drive from Huntington Beach just to this location solely due to the convenience and value. Yes, it is just that good.

I get quote a price on the phone and its available. 30 minutes later I show up, and it takes another old man literally 10 minutes to write down my VIN to check if they have the part. They have the part, but it's priced higher. He checks with the other guy who quoted me the price, but that guy doesn't remember telling me original quote. They give me a discount, but it's still higher than what was said on phone. So you guys determine for me, whether they're purposefully doing a bait and switch and wasted my time. Or they're senile and can't remember anything. Either way, they need to all retire and shut down the business because it's just terrible all around.

After two tow trucks I decided it was time to get it fixed. Called around and no one seemed interested. Call Fam vans and they said they would look at it. Had the van towed over there although by now the engine started but the oil pressure gauge read 80PSI. I left it there for a week and after a few calls they found all the issues. The main issue was the crank shaft position sensor had gone bad as well as the oil pressure sensor. I asked them to go ahead and replace the fuel sending unit anyway as the gauge wasn't reading correct. They finished up yesterday and I got the van back. I travel cross country at least once a year, and always use either AutoZone or one of the other major auto parts store. They never let me down, and always have everything that I need. Like I mentioned before, the true test of any of these chain automotive stores is the people behind the counter. 9 out of 10 times, autozones employees know exactly what they're talking about, and are quick to help you out and make suggestions. They will even help you install certain smaller items like the battery for your key fob, or your windshield wipers, as well as batteries. I have seen them install several batteries out in the parking lot. That is a very nice touch for someone who isn't as mechanically inclined has most people. They do have a loyalty program, so if you do a lot of Auto parts shopping this is a great way to rack up some points to get you discounts on stuff. Plus they always have specials going which makes it a really nice place to get what you need at a cheaper price. In this day and age when costs are going through the roof, it's nice to have a place that actually gives you discounts. AutoZone is definitely at the top of my list when I'm in Southern California. Bottom line? As I mentioned before, a chain is just a chain, it's really the people that make a difference. You really can't do poorly when you come to this particular AutoZone as the people behind the counter are knowledgeable, friendly and are willing to help out.
