I was impressed that they offered drinks and they even gave everyone a long stem rose since it was Mother's Day weekend--these are the kind of nice touches that set places a part from the rest. The nail tech I got did a terrible rough and sloppy job--easily the worst pedicure I've ever had. She overcut several of my nails and buffed and filed without paying attention, which left my toes irritated. My nails are uneven, the polish is messy, and she ignored my request for a square shape. She kept piling on lotion without wiping it off, didn't exfoliate properly, and barely rinsed my feet. I had to ask her twice to stop and wipe off the lotion with a towel. Then she charged me an extra $5 for a broken nail. She's older with glasses and short hair. She was rude. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow, and I'm honestly embarrassed to wear open-toed shoes. Definitely not going back.
