I went in for a pedicure (with an appointment) and didn't have to wait at all. My nail tech was friendly and professional. I was impressed that they offered drinks and they even gave everyone a long stem rose since it was Mother's Day weekend--these are the kind of nice touches that set places a part from the rest. The pedicure itself was high quality and only took 45 minutes. Although the price is slightly higher than the other place, I'm more than happy to pay more for a better experience.
