I popped into Postal Masters (under semi recent new ownership) a few doors down where the owner, Omar handled sending out my package quickly and efficiently way faster service then the post office would have been. My package shipping fee ended up being cheaper using FED EX ground then Priority mail an added bonus using Postal Masters to have an option. I have now also dropped off return packages a few times way easier and faster taking them to one place for all shipping needs.

Friendly and responsive. Surprisingly quiet for now since they just opened. Sooo clean and sparkly.read more

I needed a heavy (60 pounfine art statue picked up and shipped across the country and I did not know a soul in Baltimore. After trying several different companies and not getting any help craters and freighters immediately emailed me back and worked with me from beginning to end. Throughout the whole process they were professional and helpful. Initially I did not realize how expensive it was to ship fine art but they worked with me and made it affordable for me to ship. They even picked the art piece up for me, crated it very well, and even took the time to wrap the fragile ends of the statue. I received it in Arizona within one week and I am more than happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. I was constantly receiving updates and emails from them which made the process all the better. Thank you so much Dan, Rebecca, and Andrew at Craters and Freighters Baltimore!

Purchased a case on 06/16 which was delivered on 06/18. Product did not provide the protection I…read morewanted so I was not satisfied with performance of the case. Brought it back to store with receipt 8 days after delivery of the product and I was denied an exchange. The return poly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. I was told he would reach back to me but is now a week later and I have not heard back from the manager or any associate. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. I appreciate that, although late, the business did come through for us.

If you need something locally delivered same day, Green Delivery will take care of you…read more Many of the courier services I've worked with the past have had no problem picking up and dropping off packages or documents within the Beltway or just a bit beyond. But Green Delivery will deliver a bit more than a bit more beyond the Beltway, providing services throughout Washington DC, Northern VA and Baltimore with a 3 hour delivery window. Not bad, not bad at all. Just make sure that you place that same day order before 7pm since the office is not staffed to take orders after that time. However, if you place the order before 7pm, they will make sure to deliver locally before 10pm. Great alternative to FedEx overnight and a much better (and cost effective) to assure a timely arrival for your delivery.
