Through this single action alone, I was able to prove the package was in good condition at the start of its journey -- quite unlike its state at the end of the journey! The only downside is that with that many new people entering the area, the size of this store does not do its justice. It is a rather small place with an odd parking situation. They expect all of the businesses to share such a small and narrow parking line, which is hard to navigate. There have been times when I wanted to drop off an Amazon return quickly, but had to back up and find parking elsewhere. Then, the amount of people can be overbearing sometimes. There has been who-knows how many times I would wait in line and the person in front doesn't know how to package, ship, or understand the cost of overnighting something. When there is only about 1 person working all the time, it is just baffling how this can remain sustainable with such a growing population. It really needs to expand. The location is good, but the size needs to increase. Of course, there are some down times which makes this place convenient. You can go and freely park and enter and finish within minutes. Those are the best, but most of the time, you have to expect you're going to get blindsided by parking, waiting, and figuring out how to leave. As for their other services, such as lock boxes. It is not bad. A bit pricey for it and not really online friendly. I would have liked more notifications of mail coming in - not just packages.

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really.
