A very polite man, who promised that they could do this, directed my call to Deanna, who was supposed to call me back right away. This was important so I waited by the phone to get that call. It never came so I called the man back and he was apologetic and said to call her cell, which he gave me while he texted her to answer. She didn't answer the cell but called back in a little while. She said she was at the movies!! She didn't have any couriers that were out delivering and wanted me to wait 2 days until Monday! That was about 3:30 in the afternoon. I could have flown there and done it myself. Consequently, no ashes were delivered and no real enthusiasm for business. A waste of a day when I could have called someone else during the work time.

It took 5 days to appear in Ontario, Ca which was only 10 minutes away and showed to be delivered by 2pm PST. At 3:30 no deliver so I called and I am told it will be delivered next day and wasn't put on the truck that day to be delivered like it showed. Later that day I see the system updated the package enroute to Hagerstown, MD where it shows for the past 4 days now. How does this happen and where is my package FedEx?

However, I'm glad I saved JFP Express in my drafts because their service was excellent. I contacted three different companies through Yelp, but ultimately chose JFP Express because they were the only ones who provided an all-inclusive price with no hidden fees--unlike the other companies. I find it frustrating when businesses try to extract as much as they can from customers through various pretexts and dishonest practices. JFP Express, however, was honest and transparent from the start. Jason was very courteous and communicative, arranging everything seamlessly.
