It never came so I called the man back and he was apologetic and said to call her cell, which he gave me while he texted her to answer. She didn't answer the cell but called back in a little while. She said she was at the movies!! She didn't have any couriers that were out delivering and wanted me to wait 2 days until Monday! That was about 3:30 in the afternoon. I could have flown there and done it myself. Consequently, no ashes were delivered and no real enthusiasm for business. A waste of a day when I could have called someone else during the work time.

When I followed up with the recipient of the package regarding receiving said book, I was informed that the package wasn't received. Keep in mind that the cost of the book was $19.95 plus $1.20 tax. It is now Oct. 12th, I've made several calls to Kim at Hub City Express who has given me the run around regarding the book. Several times I called her from my phone number and when she recognizes my number she doesn't answer. How do I know this? Because I called her from a different number and she answered the phone. When she realized it was me she continued to give me false information that she is still trying to locate the book. All I need for Kim and Hub City Express to do is take accountability for losing or throwing away my package and refunding me the cost of the book. Their website says Quality Customer Service is their Top Priority but this is not true. Their website continues....When you want special care for your package, Hub City Express makes sure all goes well. Again, this is not true. Also, Reliable Courier Services in Hagerstown, Maryland.
