The place was in fairly bad shape, as the renter has had health issues for quite some time, and was recently in the hospital for an extended period. I wanted to make sure they had a clean house to come home to when they were released from the hospital. Barbara was absolutely excellent. She did a great job with the whole apartment, top to bottom. The floors had stains that we thought were permanent, but she got them out. The bathroom was a real mess, but when she left it was sparkling clean. I have had several cleaning services over the years where you would need to go back over places they missed. Not this time - I did not have to touch the apartment at all after she was done! Since I am from out of town and I had limited availability, she worked with me and my schedule, and she was helpful and sympathetic of our situation and the health problems we were dealing with. And on top of all that, she gave us a good and reasonable price considering the state of the home. Thanks again, this was a huge help during a difficult time. We looked at our normal trash service, junk away services and dumpsters. Renting a dumpster made the most sense for convenience and price. They drop The dumpster off at your home and leave it 7'days. You have 7 days to rid yourself of ALL unwanted crap. 7 cu ft I think is the smallest container they have but it's plenty beige enough to empty a basement. Glad I made the decision!
