They quoted us a number so high that we were suspicious that they were trying to take advantage of our insurance, and kept fear mongering additional services. We ended up contacting Elite Home Inspection to take a look at the damage, and they referred us to Joe at MPB for mold remediation. Upon meeting Joe, I felt so much more at ease compared to the other mold company we met. He was very responsive and reassured me that it was an easy and quick job. His pricing was also more in line with what we were expecting, and confirmed to us that the other company was trying to rip us off and scare us. Joe and his team worked quickly to get the job done thoroughly and efficiently. They were also very careful to keep any mess contained within the work area, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. You wouldn't even know any mold happened after they finished! I highly recommend MPB for their customer service, pricing, and quality of work, and would definitely hire them again if we ever needed this service.

    I feel so grateful to have found 911 Restoration when I did! We had multiple leaks in our ceilings…read morewith all the recent rain and I was worried about permanent damage. I called 911 Restoration early on a Thursday morning and was greeted immediately on the phone. I shared my concerns and someone was able to come out within 2 hours (and this is on a pouring rain day when I'm sure they were absolutely swamped with multiple calls). John C. came out to assess the situation and gave us his honest opinion on what needed to be done. Due to some structural damage to our roof (causing the leaks), John called out the company owner/manager to also take a look and give his opinion. The owner, John R., was also at our house within the hour. He spoke on the phone to our landlord and explained the situation and offered further suggestions for fixing the roof. 911 Restoration set up fans and a dehumidifier to make sure that the ceiling was able to dry efficiently and decrease the chances of microbial growth. They were patient and informative and explained every thing we needed to know and went above and beyond answering all of our questions. John C. came back the next morning to check the moisture level and make sure everything was running properly. We had the machines going at our house for 4 days, but John C. stayed in great contact to make sure everything was going ok in that time. I wasn't able to take off of work to be at home during the day, so the owner John R. was willing to come out in the evening hours to take everything down. Communication was excellent throughout, costumer services was absolutely wonderful, and we (and our house) felt very taken care of. This is an honest, efficient, and thorough company who genuinely care about their customers. So glad we went with 911 Restoration!

I called 911 restoration and received an immediate response. They arrived fairly quick (Carlos and Anthony) and got straight to inspecting, explained in depth what was going on and what they planned to do. I agreed with their work and they got started almost immediately on extracting the water despite it being almost 3am. I felt extremely comfortable given how professional and educated they were on this sort of work. After the job was complete, they left everything the way it was before the flood. They did an absolute stunning job on the reconstruction, literally gave me a fresh start! Overall it was a pleasure working with 911 restoration of the IE. Definitely recommend for any restoration/ reconstruction. Will be going back for any future needs!

    I waited a bit before I wrote this because I was still getting over it and having to start from…read moresquare 1 after a month with very little to show for it. I had been referred to this company by a friend in the insurance industry, and they had 5 stars on Yelp so great. I contacted the company first week in February explaining that my insurance claim was denied and that I would be paying out of pocket. I asked if the company handled projects like that and was assured that they did. Eric called me back the next day and stated that due to the heavy rains that we were having at the time, he would not be able to come to the property until 2/14/24. This was understandable having had water damage due to rain previously at another property. Eric came out, accessed the situation, explained what to expect for abatement and stated he would provide estimates by 2/16/24. Estimates were not received and I sent an email 4 days later and left a voicemail 6 days later. I called the office on the 7th day (2/23) and left a voicemail. I received a call same day stating the estimates had been emailed. Reviewed the estimates and assured Eric that I wanted to proceed. He stated that he would send the contract that afternoon. The contract was never received. Once again calls on 2/29/24 were made to the cell and office number and messages left, as well as 3/1/24. There was no communication at this point and I was clueless as to why. I was willing and able to pay the price that was quoted. If the company did not want to take on the project, for whatever reason, it would have been greatly appreciated to directly been told this instead of me wasting a month and having to start all over again.

When the insurance didn't want to pay, why did I end up paying money out of my own pocket? I never signed any paper work... Looking back I'm ok with what I paid because I had pity for Juan and the cheap labor workers he uses for his job. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. Juan and his crew were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond.
